Grocery 1 km, restaurant 1 km, bus stop "Umhausen Siedlung Farchat" 350 m, railway station "Ötztal Bahnhof" 14.3 km, outdoor swimming pool 6 km, thermal baths "Kurzentrum Umhausen" 1 km, bathing lake "Umhausen" 1 km. Tennis 1 km, gondola lift 6 km, ski bus stop 400 m, cross country ski track 1 km. Nearby attractions: Ötzidorf 1 km, Stuibenfall und Klettergarten 3 km, Aqua Dome 7 km, Outdoor Park 'Area 47' in 15 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Sölden 23 km, Hochötz 6 km. The apartment is very good for two people. Despite its small size, it was great. The owner is very friendly and helpful.

Great place, the equipment contained everything that was needed to prepare meals. Very nice owner. Close to the ski stations. I would highly recommend.

Were a week for ski tours and other winter activities in the Ötztal. We received a warm welcome, the apartment corresponded to the description, was clean, well furnished and equipped. It's not particularly big, but more than enough for two people. All in
