阿勒達拉英吉尼亞假日營地(Ingenia Holidays Ulladulla)

Front desk attendant was so rude, we were just travelling around NSW trying to supporting smaller towns, we didn’t have a booking which has never been a problem however she needs to be retrained on how to be a pleasant with her customer service. The way that she informed us that it was a minimum 2 night stay left a bad taste

This park has many features to cater for a family from the very young to older people. The kids love the water slides, splash zone and there is a quieter larger pool further in to the park. Spa, sauna and gym facilities are available for adults. Facilities have soap and towels for washing hands properly. Sanitiser is provided outside the camp kitchen.

I would recommend ingenia holidays ulladulla for a family holiday, we stayed in a caravan and we really enjoyed our stay. The park in size is small which is one of the things we really enjoyed. The kids loved the water park and water slides the pirate park and the big pool and we were only a 2 minute drive to town

Staff were friendly and helpful, disappointed in the cabin we were in,3 of us in a couple cabin very noisey next door kept kids awake. there were other cabins available and we were put into a small cabin. paid alot for what it was.

The park has a large number of facilities - fun park, pool, spa, sauna, gym etc But, the park itself is stark, there isn’t a tree to be seen It just feels like a large empty field Ensuite was well appointed and clean, and the staff were helpful

This is a 2 star place but the price does not reflect the place or service. We've paid this kind of price for much better facilities. The staff were not friendly when asking for basic extras like dish soap and towels.

Great if you have kids that want to swim all day but really this place is just a fancy swimming pool beside a highway - not really a holiday destination. The ensuite sites are very small, as are most sites so pray you have good neighbours - we did thankfully, but are awning was more or less on top of their van. All grass as well so a bit of mud bath as well but the facilities are new and clean, just not really a place to stay unless you like two water slides and a games room .

The sites (we had a slab site) are really squishy; we couldn’t fit our car on our site at all. Upon arrive our neighbors had to move there car just so we could get in. Site sizes should be available on the website so people know before booking. The person I spoke to on the phone said we’d have no problems but it was tight. Great water slides and pool ( the pool up the back with cabins is much quieter if your looking for more relaxing vibe) Amenities were tidy but could have use more regular attention. Overall an ok park but definitely all on top of one another and the noise from both main road was very loud. Not a park we will visit again unfortunately.

The cabin was well laid out, immaculately clean and perfect for a seven night stay. The camp site has all the amenities, which are kept clean and well stocked. There is an excellent camp kitchen which was great for family meals. The electric barbecues were plentiful around the park. The children loved the pools, water slides and play areas. It is also in a great spot for exploring the local area. We will definitely be booking again for next year
