尤凱亞舒適套房飯店(Comfort Inn & Suites Ukiah Mendocino County)

I was rolling through and this was a last minute spot to get some much needed rest. I wasn't expecting much due to the price and all that. I was very pleasantly surprised. The front desk staff was super friendly. The room was very clean. The sheets were extremely comfortable and clearly fresh. All around a nice little affordable gem for the thru-traveler!

Very quiet room, easy parking for my 12ft moving truck and so convenient- close to shopping, restaurants and the town.

Second stay, WiFi still was wonky. Certainly had enough time in between stays to fix it. This should have corporate attention as the local level hasn’t been able to accomplish.

The staff was wonderful, the breakfast was great a lot of good choices , super clean and kid friendly, restaurants right across the hotel and Starbucks near by. We will diff be staying again.

Bueno todo tranquilo

Receptionist made check in easy and was very nice. I would definitely stay here again when I’m in town for work.

First room we were assigned to had a smoke alarm going off. I advised the front desk and no one ever showed up to fix the problem. I had to go back down a second time and they switched our rooms. We switched to a second room, which we thought was fine, until my wife woke up the next morning with bug bites all over her arms. I notified hotel staff and I’ll I got was a sorry. I wasn’t asked for any further information, and never received any feedback from management. Needless to stay, I will never stay at the Comfort Inn & Suites Ukiah again. We are looking into the reporting process with the State for bed bug incidents.

This hotel is clean and fresh. It doesn’t seem very old and I was able to get a good night sleep because I couldn’t hear my neighbors.
