酒店位置很好，在海邊，周邊好吃的不少。設施有點舊，但很乾凈。服務很周到。照片是窗外實景。

我住了 3 晚，這是一家老酒店，所以家具看起來很舊，浴室也有點令人毛骨悚然。 位置很好，靠近 CPI、Mari Mall 和 TSM。 早餐菜單不算豐富，但味道還行。 辦理入住手續很快，第一天的服務還可以，我要求額外的浴巾，手巾很快就送到了房間，但是第二天我再次要求額外的浴巾，因為昨天的浴巾被客房服務拿走了，但 FO 告知只允許使用 2 條浴巾。似乎每個員工的政策都不同。如果不允許，那麼從第一天起就不應該允許，我更了解現有的規則或標準作業程序。第二天，我被告知只有 2 條浴巾，我抗議說 FO 沒有跟進，他們告訴我會通知客房服務部，但直到我離開酒店才得到更多資訊。 空調太熱了，沒有必要蓋毯子，因為空調太熱了。 舊浴缸的排水口可能有點堵塞，所以您必須等待很長時間才能讓水完全溶解。這家旅館沒什麼令人印象深刻的。 看起來這家飯店需要翻新一下。 謝謝。

Very good 5 star hotel in Makassar with super strategic location, in front of Losari Beach (one of Makassar's icon) and easy to find food arround the hotel They hv spacious room.. All rooms hv bathub.. i really enjoy spending my time at this hotel and i will definitely come back when i visit Makassar.

Nous avons passé une journée avant de reprendre l avion. L hôtel manque d entretien mais est fonctionnel grandes chambres famille très bien équipées, vue sur les mosquées, très bon petit déjeuner et très bien situé pour rejoindre la promenade piétonne qui longe le port. Grosse déception en revanche quant au repas du midi malgré la remise client hôtel, cher, poisson grillé avec riz nature insipide, plat de boeuf en sauce lourd pour les plats indo, fish ans chips pas bon,... Dommage et déception aussi pour la piscine qui manque d entretien et est au bord de la route hyper bruyante entre circulation et mosquée. Il y a en revanche 3 draisiennes et petit trempo qui a bien plu a notre bébé de 2 ans. Avec du recul une bonne étape avec du personnel très agreable mais les photos de l hôtel sont trompeuses et il nécessiterait une remise en état!
