Rooms were okay they need to care more about housekeeping, Night shift front office and restaurant managers were very helpful. But I want to say sorry because I never give a bad reviews about some one working in the hotel , Mr Praveen he was in front desk seriously he need more training to face travellers .

Food was good, staffs where good, availablity. Dinning is good, kids enjoyed the food. Huge campus, but securities are missing. Kids enjoyed the pool, play area needs still more accesories for kids. Overall good. All the best team, great idea and congratulations.

We had a pleasant one-night stay at Uva Meridian and overall, it was a great experience! The hotel amenities were top-notch, and the breakfast spread was impressive with a variety of options that catered to different tastes. The highlight of the stay was definitely the waterpark—it was such a fun and refreshing experience, perfect for both kids and adults. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making it a cozy getaway. The staff was friendly and always available to assist with any requests. However, one issue that I feel should be addressed is that the key provided to us worked as a master key, which seemed to open other rooms as well. This is a bit concerning from a security standpoint, and I hope the hotel management looks into it to ensure better safety for guests in the future. Overall, it was a delightful stay, and I would recommend Uva Meridian for a fun and relaxing getaway, especially for families!
