Had a good stay, hotel was modern and clean, peoce was cost efficient. Breakfast also included many options, and staff was accomodating when we noticed the eggs we had ordered cooked were still raw. I liked the pool as well, was clean and spacious enough for a family.

Das Hotel werde ich immer wieder buchen. Die Lage ist echt perfekt alles fussläufig zu erreichen aber bitte das Zimmer 407 nicht buchen. Ich hatte leider die erste Nacht in diesem Zimmer verbringen müssen konnte aber kaum schlafen da man die Nacht viel Lärm von den Bars gehört hat. Daher habe ich mehr zahlen wollen um das Zimmer 403 haben zu können. Da Frühstück dort ist echt viel viel besser geworden im Gegensatz zu den anderen Jahren. Personal ist ok. Zimmer wird auch jeden Tag gemacht.

這不是我們第一次入住這家飯店。他們的員工非常友好且訓練有素。房間非常乾淨，雖然周圍有酒吧和喧鬧的音樂，但晚上很安靜。地理位置便利，步行即可到達中央廣場、UD 市場、火車站和汽車站。如果我們在不久的將來再去烏隆他尼，我們會認真考慮再次回來。

มีทั้งข้อดีและเสีย โรงแรมมสะอาดพอใช้ได้ อาหารไม่โอเค เต็มไป หวานไป ตัวเลือกอาหานน้อยมากๆ พัก2คืน อาหารเช้าซ้ำกัน ผ้าขนหนูไม่ค่อยสะอาดเท่าไหร่และดูเก่า ไม่ค่อยสมกับราคาที่จ่ายไป  ห้องกว้างพอดี ไม่มีแปรงและยาสีฟัน ห้องไม่เก็บเสียง ได้ยินเสียงข้างห้องชัดเจน ยิ่งตอนกลางคืนเสียงผับข้างล่างดังจนถึงตี1  ใกล้เซนทรัล หาของกินง่าย

The staff including Khun Honey and Khun Pang are very friendly and efficient. The rooms are spotless (thanks to the hardworking and friendly housekeepers) and for the price (approximately £30 a night) it’s EXCEEDINGLY good value. The pool is a delight, and the gym has enough to meet your needs. There’s also a poolside bar, a decent restaurant and a Nespresso type machine in every room. Highly recommended! Ps shout out to the managers too, it’s one of the best midrange hotels in the north of Thailand 🇹🇭 Five stars  ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

只住了一晚，而且入住時間很晚，所以沒有太多時間享受飯店設施。整體而言，住宿體驗很好，工作人員也很友善。下次還會再來。

由於邊境衝突，我們剛花了6天時間遊覽了武里南府、孔敬府和烏隆府。這家旅館無疑是我們住過的最好的。 服務很棒，房間很棒，食物品質很高，而且位置便利，可以方便地前往主幹道，步行5分鐘即可到達中央購物中心和星巴克（我的常去之地）。

It was our first time staying at Ban Bua. We absolutely love it. All staff are very friendly, they delivery great service. The location is really good, walking distance to UD Town, night market, Central Plaza, 7-11 and many pubs and bars around. A little bit to note that the room we stayed (312), we could hear the music and people talking in the night but that did not bother us as we are light sleepers. Overall, we had a wonderful time and we will stay here again next time.

我們住了兩晚。位置便利，靠近 Centra 和夜市。由於飯店位於啤酒吧區，有些房間直到午夜左右都會有噪音，但並沒有吵到我無法入睡。烏隆他尼的夜幕降臨得早，所以這可能不會是個問題。 我們大約晚上 10 點到達，並要求第二天早上包一輛出租車去 Talay Bu Adaeng，安排得非常完美，我們能夠看到一些令人驚嘆的風景。 設施整潔、乾淨。早餐種類不多但很美味。所有工作人員都非常友好，我們住得很舒服。我下次來烏龍麵時一定會再使用它。

An excellent hotel. The staff are very good and helpful. Rooms very clean and a nice swimming pool and gym. The breakfast is fabulous and caters to all tastes. Good internet. Whilst the location is good, the only downside is having to walk past all the seedy "girlie" bars in the Soi. Otherwise I can only recommend thgos hotel as excellent!

Room was great and value for money. Lovely pool area. Cleaning service in the room was great and front desk very helpful and polite. If I come back to Udon Thani, I’ll be here.
