We really enjoyed our stay at Zana Lake Resort. The views of Udai Sagar Lake from the room were simply breathtaking. we honestly couldn’t take our eyes off it. The whole property has a very peaceful vibe, beautifully designed and well-maintained. The restaurant is fully vegetarian. We opted for à la carte and tried Paneer Tikka Masala for lunch and Gutta Curry for dinner — both were average. Breakfast, however, was much better with good options. The swimming pool is very clean and well-kept, and just like the rooms, it offers stunning views of the lake. Their garden is also very pretty and nicely maintained. Rooms are spacious, clean, and come with almost all amenities. A hair dryer is available on request. Overall, it’s a beautiful place to relax and soak in the lake views.

Zana Lakefront hotel in Udaipur is a special place.The attention to details and the care taken by the staff is commendable. A special mention of Restaurant Manager Azad with his whole team Pinky, Adil and Chef Kadak took special care preparing diet food for my 80 year old mother. Also Reception Manager Chandraban with team members Sujoma, Lalit, Harshad amongst others. A huge thank you !

Un hotel moderno en un enclave espectacular. Las habitaciones grandes y confortables. La cama especialmente cómoda. Todo el personal fue muy amable. Se come muy bien en su restaurante.Sin duda volvería. Absolutamente recomendable

We freinds plan to go udaipur and we book this resort but when we c.in the room was so dirty when we complain they said it will take 2 to 3 hours to clean room food was very poor all we freinds has a food poisoning after eating food at zana staff behaviour is also ridiculous terrible terrible hotel don't recommend at all

This group totally fraud pls look into this No one in this hotel are worried about I request to top management pls look in this matter seriously otherwise I would be big scam I also read others review zana is selling the coupan and collecting the money but after that they are not giving any benefit Staffs are very rude no one is replying msg or mail pls look into this I request to top management Poor service poor staff poor hospitality Shame on you zana

Very disappointing experience. This resort claims to be a five-star property, but in reality it is far below that standard. Many of the facilities they advertise were either unavailable or not properly maintained. Service quality was poor, staff response was slow, and overall hospitality did not match what is expected from a premium resort. The rooms and common areas were not up to the mark, cleanliness was average, and several basic amenities were missing. For the price charged, the experience was not worth it at all. A five-star rating should reflect quality, comfort, and service — unfortunately this resort failed in all three areas. Management should seriously improve facilities and service before claiming such a category.
