Zana Lakefront hotel in Udaipur is a special place.The attention to details and the care taken by the staff is commendable. A special mention of Restaurant Manager Azad with his whole team Pinky, Adil and Chef Kadak took special care preparing diet food for my 80 year old mother. Also Reception Manager Chandraban with team members Sujoma, Lalit, Harshad amongst others. A huge thank you !

The resort is very good with one major flaw. Location is quite far form the city and hence very quiet and serene. Views are very good from the balcony. The propery is also well maintained. Staff are very good. One Problem - The restaurant has wire taped on the floow running across the hall for power to utensils. This is a major health hazard. I am sure almost everyone who goes there for food, gets tripped on the wire and just manages to avoid the fall. The property owner should think and fix that problem before someone or any kid trips and hurt themselves.

You can find stunning locations anywhere in the world, but what truly makes a place special is the people. The staff here made our stay feel like home, and I can’t thank them enough for their warmth and hospitality. A big thank you to Jaswanth—his kindness and helping nature won our hearts. And a special thank you to Head Chef Shri Niwas! Every morning, he greeted us with a smile, personally checked on the food, and went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed. The way he took care of us, even preparing dishes on request, truly made a difference. It’s the little things that leave a lasting impact, staff made sure our experience was nothing short of amazing. Grateful for such heartwarming hospitality!
