Best experience till date in a resort. Absolutely amazing service and super courteous staff. I am going to be a frequent visitor now.

Catálogado como uno de los mejores hoteles del mundo, sus villas son inigualables, ofrecen gran confort y el spa es increíble, sinceramente lo que más me gustó fue esto, el servicio tardó un poco en la alberca cercana al spa, sin embargo tuvimos una estancia increíble yo y toda mi familia. No necesitábamos pedir nada cuando ya nos habían preguntado que deseábamos tomar o comer para refrescarnos, memorable que cada noche cuando iban a preparar el cuarto, lo dejaban oliendo de una manera exquisita, el ambiente era inigualable y te dejaban un hermoso detalle, detalle que al día de hoy conservo en mi casa porque tiene gran calidad y elegancia en cada obsequio que nos dieron, los jardines que tienen son súper ideales para tomar miles de fotografías, también tomamos el paseo en bote y fue un increíble momento porque fue totalmente privado, sólo para nosotros, disfrutamos el Tour en el lago a la hora del atardecer y fue asombroso como el sol reflejada en este, un hotel inolvidable!

We stayed at Oberoi Udaivilas for 1 day to celebrate our anniversary and it was one of the best stay. The hospitality is top notch. Staff did special arrangements on our anniversary and special thanks to every staff who left no stones unturned to make our stay memorable.

Me and my wife visited this property for an extensive 5 nights stay in June this year while on our trip to Udaipur.We had visited this property for dining and a showround few months before,but it was our first stay here.We were quite excited and was looking forward to it.I had a complimentary room night voucher from oberoi one which I used for this stay to cover one night and for the next 4 nights also I got a decent rate from oberoi at 22k per night plus 3rd night being complimentary. With Udaivilas being rated as the 'Best In The World' and considering their rates of base category rooms touching 1 lakh plus per day,in peak season,we were fortunate enough to enjoy the stay with such low prices.It was a sheer value for money.I had mailed Mr Mahajan,their gm in advance, informing about our arrival and some of our preferences and requests that we had regarding this booking.He replied promptly,and to our delight he agreed to all of our requests which made the overall stay more easy breezy for us.As we were travelling extensively,and required laundry assistance,he also included complimentary laundry service in our stay for our convenience.We had booked a garden room,ie their base category room.I had requested him to upgrade the room using my oberoi one vouchers if possible.To our surprise,he didn't even use the vouchers and upgraded the room 5 levels to their semi private pool room which had a mesmerizing lake view as well.He also promised us to upgrade to a suite if one was available during our stay(which unfortunately never happened as all the suites were sold out). We were picked up from Bansi Ghat(Fatehprakash palace)by the oberoi boat and headed straight to Udaivilas jetty.There,a fine gentleman from front office was waiting to receive us and guided us to the main porch.We got their traditional Oberoi style welcome,with showers of rose petals and a traditional aarti,followed by welcome drinks.Ms Deepali,their front office manager came to meet us and then we were directly headed to the room where check in formalities were completed.The room was nicely decorated with ballons and happy anniversary decorations (it was our engagement anniversary)and also a happy anniversary cake was present.There were a bunch of welcome goodies(snacks,fruits etc)and a personal welcome letter from the gm himself.Shortly after,we got a call from Mr Mahajan who wished us a pleasant stay and also greeted us for the special occasion.The room was very spacious,almost 600 sq ft and looked very luxurious. The Semi Private Pool-The most highlighting feature of the room.From our room,a door opens to a small patio area with 2 pool chairs and then the pool.It is a large pool which goes across 7 to 8 rooms(pool is shared between all the guests)but due to the large area it covers,even if guests from all the rooms went to swim at once,still one can swim in privacy acorss ones pool area as the pool stretches a vast distance.From the pool,the city palace and a part of the lake is

Un hôtel magnifique et un service personnalisé aux petits soins. Superbe endroit ! Le personnel est d’une gentillesse sans pareil, souriant, professionnel et avenant. Une très belle expérience passée à Udaipur dans cet établissement qui mérite de très loin sa réputation.

Conozco muchos hoteles Oberoi, aunque Udaivilas estaba aun pendiente. Nos hemos quedado enloquecidos con este hotel. Es un destino en si mismo, repleto de opciones para entretenimiento, descanso, fitness, wellness, caminatas.. y MAGIA. Porque las vistas, son grandiosas, jamas olvidas que estas en Udaipur, ya que el lago se cuela por cada rincon. Una propiedad fabulosa, bien cuidada, llena de detalles: Hasta MATE hay. Es decir, el equipo muy joven del hotel (Joven, cool, trendy, divertido, y sobre todo, motivado y muy fanatico de Argentina) ha dejado Mate y Yerba en el bar, soprendiendo a todos los huéspedes con la oferta de tomar mate EN INDIA. Habitaciones: Desde la categoria BASE, la dimension es enorme, muy amplia, con una iluminacion alegre, ventiladas, perfumadas, y con un buen gusto en decoracion realmente fuera de serie. Todo lo chic que hay en deco, la han combinado de una forma que te atrapa, alli quieres quedarte. Si a ello le sumas bañera con vista al jardin, vestidor, mesa y espejo para cosmeticos, y los amenities de Forest Essentials, tienes todo para sentirte en tu casa, pero en un palacio. India tiene la maravillosa posibilidad de ofrecer lujo con significado. The Oberoi se apropia de una estetica y formato de atencion al huesped que logra la alquimia entre la calidez, la eficiencia, y la discrecion. Estar atendido, pero no vigilado, es un arte. El desayuno es EXCELENTE en terminos de productos, pero tambien en velocidad de atencion: soy un huesped inmediatista, exigente, ansioso. Pero este equipo esta atento y a la vez, relajado. El Spa, merece un capitulo, porque tiene ademas de Cabinas de Tratamiento con Hamman privado y ducha, trabaja con productos ayurvedicos de gran calidad para faciales, y terapeutas con expertisse y firmeza profesional. Y luego, accedes a la piscina Adults Only, para terminar de disfrutar las vistas, el salmon ahumado, las limonadas, o UN MATE. Cenamos en el Restaurante principal, un menu Italiano MAGNIFICO, con gran calidad y delicadeza, con vinos australianos pero de producción de Familia Oberoi. GRAN VINO! Gran Cena. Gran Postre. UDAIVILAS viene a confirmar que India ofrece un tipo de lujo completamente diferente al resto de Asia. World Class en todo aspecto, pero en medio de la magia, la espiritualidad y milenios de wellness. No se lo pierdan!
