Place & it's People - both are at peace & extend great care. Clean room, spick washroom with all essential amenities you would need. Beds are comfortable & linen super fresh. Being a homestay in the lap of nature, one may miss the ⭐ feel but trust me - the views, healthy food options & pleasant terrace will mesmerize you. If you wanna connect to the nature, enjoy chirping birds as you dine & relax as you watch the gorgeous Fatehsagar lake - this is the place. Do give the Burj Baneria team a chance to serve you. A must go place if you are not stuck on a pool & lots of activities & need some relaxing peace.

A homestay which lacks hospitality... I'll tell everyone why: 1. Arrogant owner: The owner is high on arrogance! He does not know how to talk to guests. We had a quarrel with him in which he used sentences ending with "This is my house". Worst he has the balls to correct my friend's grammar. The incident spoiled everyone's mood for that entire day. We would have left the place then and there. But the homestay has a weird policy in which they ask the entire payment at the beginning, which basically leaves the customers with no leverage and gives freedom to owners to behave however they want! 2. Location: Although the location is facing the lake, it is very far (~5kms) from the main city and has poor connectivity of cabs. Uber/Ola will charge additional 100-150Rs to just come to the location. And there is a slight uphill where the cab won't come. Would recommend everyone to book inside the city. 3. Food: The only good thing was food. Breakfast had very limited options but taste was fine. One another weird policy - Outside food is not allowed to be eaten inside the rooms. 4. Rooms: Suite rooms are nothing but scam. There is hardly any difference between the superior room and suite room. Also, the rooms are not at all worth paying 4-5K per night. Only good thing about rooms was that it was clean, but that is the least expected from any property.

Went there with a friend for a week long staycation. The rooms are amazing, you dont really feel like going out and worth mentioning is their dining area which is on the terrace, had the most amazing view of Lake Pichola and the city. The staff is very polite and helpful. Food tastes great. Worth mentioning is the staff, they are very supportive and make sure that their guests are having a good time. I had an early morning flight and they were sweet enough to pack me a sandwich for the road. It was a gesture without any costs. I would recommend this place for a calm and peaceful stay,

So it’s in 2021 jan when i ***** with my husband and an infant went out for Udaipur. Vlogs regarding 50-60 properties were seen, and Burj Baneria was selected. The place mesmerised me, the view from this property is so breathtaking and relaxing that I regretted my short stay in the property and wanted to extend but to my bad they were already booked. Then comes 2022… and my memories flashed for the love of Udaipur and after hunting for so many options none pleased us but BURJ BANERIA! If I put it in bullets, i would say: 1. Awesome view- panoramic from rooms (ours was suite- the best view) 2. Delicious delicacies - starters, main course, desert, what not! 3. Ambience- Modern furniture/fixtures/clean/ hygienic 4. Service- Prompt 5. Staff- Courteous This property is located on a hill in a village area, so the route is through a dense forest on one side and the other Military base. Though the route of hardly 1-2 km feel isolated but it’s completely safe even at midnight. I traveled with my 2 year old alone through an auto/ cab- all fine and healthy. And if you choose to drive on a four lane highway, then you are unfortunate enough to not see what Burj baneria is about. They are continuously improvising their service. Within an year I found wonderful, latest furniture at the rooftop resturant, beautiful aroma, centralised fumigation and a variety of delicacies added to the menu. @Shivika, one of the founder of this property is a true reflection of a powerful woman who knows how to carry legacy with dignity and humanity. Coming from delhi, owing to 8 hours job ***** with a kid makes me tired, but relaxing at the property, waking up to a beautiful sunrise and setting goodbye to a peaceful sunset being in the room or terrace from this property sets me at peace. I am all set to visit again in 2023 Jan to rejuvenate myself!

Superb stay at Burj baneria. All stars to staff, room service and hygiene. The view from room and rooftop dinning stole the heart. The owner and manager were supportive during entire stay starting from cab pickup from airport, suggesting bike rentals service, autos, planning the city tour and authentic rajastani restaurants in city. Everything was just a call away to reception desk. Food was delicious, just amazing. Will love to visit again.

Excellent stay. Beautiful, well decorated rooms with breathtaking view. Breakfast n dinner were great ( I belive we had 4 of them). Great service. Second visit to Udaipur, first time we stayed at Taj Lake Palace for special occasion so I had my doubts but to their credit stay was really enjoyable and I did not miss Taj at all. Highly recommended.

Unfortunately we only stayed in this wonderful accommodation for one night, we would have liked to stay longer. The room was large with a breathtaking view of the lake and very clean. We had an excellent dinner and breakfast was also great. The entire house is lovingly furnished and decorated, you feel comfortable here. The staff was also very courteous and friendly. Spectacular view of lake pichola with city palace. Cleanliness, delicious food and amazing hospitality. We had a wonderful stay away from crowded city but with mesmerising lake pichola city view. This is near to city centre through forest route avoiding traffic. I would like to visit again. Thanks to Shivika & Pranay 😊

It was a cute boutique property with amazing view and friendly staff. Downside though is quite isolated and limited access to facilities. The hosts compensate for it with recommendations to auto rickshaw (tuk-tuk), taxis and motorcycle rental contacts. Overall, I will recommend this property.
