We get the check late, their was no proper arrangements here phone to connect with manage not working extra bed was not good. The breakfast had very few options and no good healthy option this hotel is at the remote location which was very far. Inconvenient to travel out side the washroom didn't had the exhaust fans proper arrangement was lacking. The room service was slow no clear was coming to clean the room. Water bottles was not delivery no tea bag coffee pack as hotel is rated 3 star but no facility like 3 star provided.

So, we stayed here for 3 nights during 8-10 January 2022. The hotel occupancy was very poor due to the Omicron fear. The hotel is located outside the main city and in a residential area, overlooking a vast swathe of reserved forest land. Peaceful in that sense, but not recommended for those who do not have their own conveyance. The hotel is fairly new, room size is decent. They have tried their best to have up to the mark amenities, but the hotel was probably designed by someone who was not experience in the hospitality industry. The rooms look more like the guest room of your relatives than a 2-3 star hotel (that's the tariff they demand). I have given a 4 star rating for the cleanliness, the chef and the rest of the support staff. We could not use the pool as it was chilly during our stay.
