My friend’s family and I had booked a stay at Park Exotica for 2 rooms for 2 days, from April 29, 2024, to May 1, 2024. The serene surroundings and warm hospitality immediately made us feel welcome. However, on April 30th, tragedy struck. My friend received the devastating news of his younger cousin’s passing. In this difficult moment, we needed to return to Ahmedabad urgently. We approached the hotel manager, Mr. Aditya, prepared to pay the room charges for our early check-out. To our surprise and immense gratitude, the Owner/Management Head waived our room charges. Their compassionate gesture went beyond business—it exemplified true humanity. We extend our heartfelt thanks to all the staff members, the Manager, and the Owner of Park Exotica Spa & Resorts, Udaipur. Your actions serve as a shining example of empathy and compassion. Today, we see the best example of how humanity triumphs over money. Great, sir, Thank you once again for your kindness.
