In addition to the quiet and convenient location, the apartment is suitable for couples of all ages. The apartment has extra wide doors and a walk-in shower.
In addition to pure bathing pleasure on the Baltic Sea beach, numerous water sports are also possible. There is a surfing and sailing school (also for children) at the backwaters about 5 minutes away. Kiting, surfing, boating and fishing are possible here.
Would you like to bring your own boat? No problem. The sports boat harbor of Ückeritz with its own slip system is available for you on the backwaters.
You can easily explore the island by bike, train or car. Near the apartment there is a stop for the Usedom Baths Railway.
A visit to neighboring Poland with the well-known 'Poland market' is also worthwhile, but Swinoujscie is also worth a visit.
There are two supermarkets with a bakery in the immediate vicinity available for your daily needs.

Tolle Ferienwohnung
Alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Bad, Küche, Schlafzimmer, Wohnzimmer alles sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet. Geschirrspüler leider defekt, trotz Bemühung der VermieterHandwerker. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe. Ruhige Lage duch Sackgasse. Gepflegter Innenhof/Garten.Das einzige, was wir zu bemängeln haben, sind die vermoosten Holzbretter vom Balkonboden. Wird bei Nässe glatt und man hat es dann an den Schuhen und trägt es in die Wohnung...aber der Staubsauger funktioniert super! Trotz allem eine super Wohnung!

Wir waren begeistert von dieser Ferienwohnung. Wir waren sofort im Urlaub, ohne großes eingewöhnen.Die Ausstattung ist einfach super modern und sauber. Wir lieben den Strand von Ückerritz den man super in 2 km mit dem Fahrrad erreichen kann.Auch die Supermärkte in unmittelbarer Nähe und der Bahnanschluss sind ein Segen. Kurzum, hier lässt es sich sehr gut aushalten und wir kommen garantiert wieder. Herzlichen Dank!

Sehr gemütlich
Unser Aufenthalt war sehr gemütlich. Wir haben unser Wochenende sehr genossen.Alles was man benötigt ist vor Handen. Auch auf Fragen wurde sofort geantwortet und geholfen.Wir kommen gerne wieder. )

Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt
Wir haben uns sofort, in der sehr schönen und modernen eingerichteten Ferienwohnung, von Anfang an wohl gefühlt. Der Vermieter stand immer telefonisch sofort zur Verfügung und unterstütze uns schnell bei kleineren Sorgen.
Wir können diese Wohnung allen sehr empfehlen und werden gern mal wieder buchen.

Urlaub ab der 1. Minute
Wir hatten einen wundervollen Urlaub in dieser Ferienwohnung. Bereits bei der Ankunft haben wir uns direkt zuhause gefühlt: Alles war sauber und stilvoll-modern eingerichtet, uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Für unseren Geschmack hatte die Wohnung die ideale Lage: In die eine Richtung keine 10 Minuten bis zum Achterwasser und in die andere Richtung über einen tollen Wanderweg nicht weit zur Ostsee. In der Wohnung haben die Bundesstraße überhaupt nicht wahrgenommen. Für unsere Ausflüge war die Nähe ideal - und direkt um die Ecke gleich zwei Supermärkte zur Wahl.
Bereits vor der Reise haben wir uns sehr gut informiert gefühlt und möchten uns für den sehr angenehmen Kontakt bedanken :-) Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Sommerurlaub
Die FeWo ist ein gepflegtes Domizil, sehr geschmackvoll mediterran eingerichtet. Alles was das Urlaubsherz begehrt findet man hier.
Bett war super bequem. Super netter Kontakt zur Vermieterin, alles tipi top. Die Lagebeschreibung ist stimmig. Vielen Dank für alles! Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Einen Hinweis an den Eigentümer: Prüfen Sie doch bitte das Inventar auf ihre Funktion. Flur ging nur eine Lampe, Wasserkocher setzt Rost an.
