羽衣甘藍飯店(Kale Konak Cappadocia)

Un albergo magico, tra i tanti alberghi tutti uguali (anche se bellissimi) della cappadocia si distingue perché ha un’anima, non finge di essere ma è. Un’infinità di spazi in comune (salottini con camini, terrazze, giardini…) e un hammam incluso che si può riservare per un’esperienza unica. Tutto eccellente

Incroyable hôtel troglodytique situé en face du "château ", avec une vue magnifique. Le personnel est adorable et disponible. Nous avons été surclassés dans une suite, avec un petit salon, où nous pouvions nous reposer en fin de journée devant un feu de bois. Décoration charmante. Le petit déjeuner est pantagruelique , malheureusement pas de dîner en cette période hors saison. Le bain turc n'est pas un hammam, et à mon goût pas assez chaud. Nous recommandons.

Konumu harika, Uçhisar kalesinde, 18 nolu odada kaldık. Oda çok şık ve konforlu, dekorasyon özenle yapılmış, manzarası mükemmel. Harika bir terası var. Her gün odamız temizlendi. Banyo, yatak inanılmaz rahattı. Kahvaltısı harika her şey taptaze, ev yapımı ve inanılmaz lezzetli. Çok keyfili üç gün geçirdik.

What an absolutely amazing hotel! Loved this place at the base of Uchisar castle. So quaint and comfortable. Everything about it was amazing. The room was fantastic, the fact that they provided complementary waters and snacks. The views were great and the breakfast. Oh my word. The food just kept coming and it was all so fresh and delicious! Beautiful place in a Beautiful small town in Cappadoccia.

The hotel is just below the üschar Castle We came here 4 yrs ago to do a balloon flight and stayed in one of the fabulous cave rooms and loved it. We came back and have not been disappointed We have voted our breakfast as the best in Europe it’s true you can’t order or go to a Buffett but what they give you is wonderful home cooked jams fresh bread s and fresh small doughnuts a local delicacy cooked for you as well a traditional cheeses tomatoes etc The service is brilliant and always with a smile This time we are in one of the balcony rooms and not a cave it’s smaller and wooden floors but has charm and wonderful views. It’s hard to leave the outdoor seating area the views are spectacular

The comfort level of your stay would substantially change depending on which room you get. Make sure you ask the room features while you are reserving. If it’s one of the basement rooms, be ready for a lot of humidity and the smell of it (no ACs in rooms - except one or two perhaps). Regardless, the rooms are not well maintained, sinks are clogged, light bulbs are broken and not changed, towels are torn, cupboards are dusty like they are not cleaned for a few weeks. Breakfast is not a buffet or you cannot choose from a menu, you eat whatever is prepared as breakfast. But it’s tasty. If you go by car, you can park by the entrance. Not a kids hotel as there’s nothing for them.

Già solo la posizione dominante, addossata al castello di Uchisar, premia questo piccolo Hotel di charme dove nulla è lasciato al caso. Ricavato dalla ristrutturazione di una antica casa, ne mantiene il sapore, con tutte le moderne comodità. Ogni stanza è diversa dall’altra e arredata con gusto e studiata semplicità. La colazione merita poi un discorso a parte, perché è veramente curata nei minimi particolari, abbondante e ricca di ottimi prodotti locali. Da non dimenticare la terrazza che domina il paesaggio dove è d’obbligo l’aperitivo serale, o, al mattino presto, apprezzare il sorvolo delle mongolfiere. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.
