"We were so very pleased with Karonwge River Lodge and staff. It exceeded our expectations. The food and atmosphere was wonderful! The staff were attentive and made us feel a genuine connection. We wouldn't change anything about our experience and highly recommend Karonwge River Lodge."

"very good service, well received and guided accordingly. advise of the dinner and breakfast times. the breakfast wasnt the ideally served, but understand thats how you do things"

"the Location was great and the restaurant staff were friendly and provided us good service, which is unfortunately the two positive parts of our stay. when we arrive, the reception experience was very poor. No Information was given about the lodge or breakfast until I asked, and we were not even accompanied to our room. The condition of the room was disappointing. The shower and floors were dirty to the point where you could not shower without wearing flip flops. Housekeeping was also below standard. During our 2-night stay, the room was not properly cleaned, the bins were not emptied, dishes were not washed properly and both the bathroom and floors remained dirty. Only the beds were made. This was a very disappointing experience."

"neat accommodation. Water pressure was a problem in the shower. No toiletries in the bathroom., soap, shampoo and conditioner, and body lotion"
