I got a room here early in the month of May 2022. I reserved for 2 nights and didn't stay the full 2 nights due to the issues in the room. I stayed the 1st night and left immediately the following morning due to Roaches being in the room, the microwave didn't work, the remote didn't work, the lights turned on when sometimes, the freezer was dismantled as if they had been working on it and didn't put it back together, walking on the carpet had myself and guest with black feet due to it being dirty! The manager Rachel at this hotel refused to give my money back even though they had all these problems. I also took pictures of the Roaches and other issues. This manager has not been very corporative in this matter. They advertise as being a clean room and you get there and you have these problems! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND GETTING A ROOM HERE! EVER!!

This is a great hotel in the safe part of town. Many restaurants, mall, and beautiful location. Well lit parking and clean lots. I was extremely satisfied with my stay here and would recommend this property to other users.

short story..did not have the type room i confirmed from hilton honors app....but had another room...then charged me higher rate...pretty bush league. Marriott calls that an error & enjoy free upgrade..not here..they wanted the extra $30 badly i guess....

We have stayed here several times in the past four years while visiting family in the area. The staff is awesome. The breakfast is great. There's lots of good parking. Our room was very clean- thank you Rachel. BUT this HI needs some updates and repairs. The mattress was bad. The elevator floor is very worn. Only one elevator was working all weekend. The laundry room was dirty. The furniture, curtains and carpets could use an update. We traveled all over the SE during Oct. 2022, visiting HI along the way and this one needs some TLC.
