The best thing about this property was the customer service. Michelle and Mo plus the housekeeping staff are top-notch! We checked in late evening just as the tornado sirens were going off. Mo made sure the guests were safe. He went above and beyond taking care of our reservation. Upon checking out Michelle was very friendly. After leaving, 30 minutes later, Michelle called to say that the housekeeping staff had found a phone that was left behind in the room. Michelle and her housekeeping staff did not have to let us know that but they did. Again, above and beyond exceptional!

Was put in wrong room, double bed instead of single. Wasn't notified of early check-in fee until I got there which was half the price of the room. Breakfast was mediocre, didn't even have simple water for guest just a muffin and some stale cereal. Weird stain on one of the beds and bathroom was the only area that was decent. They also need to change the a/c filter smells old when you run the air.

The property was nice. the hotel was nice the only problem we had was calling the night manager for an early wake up call, that we never got. My husband had an early-procedure at the hospital.We only booked for one night. The attendant was a real nice girl. Since we didn't get a wake-up call we didn't have time for breakfast. but it looked nice.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!! There was wet concrete and trash all around the walking areas near our room. None of the areas were marked off, so my husband stepped in the wet concrete and messed up his shoes. The phone did not work, and the breakfast was below standards. The ONLY good thing was that the king size bed was comfortable. There was a $30 charge on our credit card, and when I called to inquire about it the Front Desk Agent says we stained the sheets. This is not true. I wish I had taken pics of the room in the condition we left it in. I have been in the hotel business for several years, and understand the labor that the Hotel Staff put in to make the rooms presentable, and would never purposely leave a room in a bad condition.

I really enjoyed staying at Days Inn in Tyler. The room was great and around the corner from the front on the end. Basically, I had the end to myself with no noise from the accompanying rooms.

First of all I did not like how I was not able to check into my room with out my boyfriend being there! I did not know that he has to fill out a credit card authorization form! He was at work and I was not about to pull him out of work to check into a reservation that is in my name! I have worked at a lot of hotels and that is not the case! Also since when do you have to give dirty towels to the front desk agent to get clean ones? I have never had to do that, all I had to do was call the front desk and they would bring me towels. Is this a new rule? Plus I am was not comfortable with my stay at all! The gym was closed! Did not have a business center to print my work stuff off and then the free breakfast was small muffins, oatmeal in a bag, one piece of fruit and stale bread! No coffee in the rooms and I pretty much wasted my time there! I will never be back to that place again! I don’t understand how you can give a free breakfast with only 2 things to chose from!
