The spacious Master features an en suite with the second bedroom and bathroom being down the hall. The hall leads into the main living area which is open with the large living, dining and kitchen areas combined with lots of seating & with the sliding doors, access to the balcony & the beautiful views. The stackable washer & dryer are tucked away behind kitchen cabinets. **Please note, we provide "start up" supplies such as: a few trash bags, a roll of paper towels, a couple of rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, a few dishwasher pods and a few washing machine pods. If you anticipate you might need more of these items, you are encouraged to bring it.We provide beach chairs and beach towels for your convenience. Please rinse of chairs before bringing back into the unit. You are allowed TWO parking spaces and your passes will be left in your unit prior to your arrival. Also, please note, we are located in the hot & humid south, near the water where bugs love to be too! This house has 3 bedrooms 1 bath upstairs. Playroom and another bath downstairs. Relax in the screen porch with a drink, while you grill you fresh seafood you just caught. After a day of boating and dolphin watching come home to a nice clean newly renovated rental house. This house is two story with lots of windows overlooking a nice lagoon. Bird watch as you have your dinner from the dining area. Our rental house has a king size bed in the first bedroom, two full size in the second and a queen in the third bedroom. The bedroom with the queen has a balcony deck. Plenty of parking here on this dead end street. The rental is kid friendly. The downstairs has a great play room for the kids to hang out.
