You are greeted by a cheerful screened porch with a swing and comfortable sitting area. Here you can enjoy your morning coffee, an afternoon drink, or read late into the lazy summer nights. It's also a fun place to watch the kayakers and paddle boarders go by as they head across the street to Alley 3, the Back River launch and beach area (only 175 steps away).When you open the French doors you are immediately inspired by the cottage's attractiveness and delightful personality. Inside you find a comfortable queen bed, clothed in layers of fresh cotton and lace, waiting to enfold you after an exhilarating day at the beach or on the river.You will certainly enjoy the kitchenette area, with its table for four, and collection of antique dishware for your everyday use. The kitchenette also includes a sink, small refrigerator, microwave, coffeemaker and toaster. Welcome to Sea Forever! Once you step into this beautiful condo, you will see how it got its name! So much space with ocean views from every room. This is a great unit for a family or large group. We are located mid-island, close to shops and restaurants and a few steps to the beach. We are always available to meet you or to answer any questions about the unit or the area. The elevator takes you from the parking garage, directly into your unit. Once inside, enjoy the updated kitchen with granite and stainless appliances. We offer small touches such as Welcome Gift Bags, a few bottled waters and a snack basket and everything you need to enjoy your stay. Very spacious with enough beds for 10. In addition to the 3 bedrooms, there are two bunk beds tucked away in a hallway, hideaway. Kids love it!!The condo is also handicapped accessible. The elevator takes you directly into the unit so there are no stairs. The master bathroom is equipped with bars for the shower, tub and toilet.Entire condo and private community pool.We are always available to meet you or to answer any questions.Great location, quiet and away from the hustle and bustle but close to everything!Walking distance to everything. Bikes and golf carts also are a fun way to get around. The island also has several local taxi companies the are extremely reasonable.**Please note, we provide "start up" supplies such as: a few trash bags, a roll of paper towels, a couple of rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, a few dishwasher pods and a few washing machine pods. If you anticipate you might need more of these items, you are encouraged to bring it. You are allowed TWO parking spaces at this complex. There are no options for more vehicles. There is paid street parking available.A few other notes: We are located in the hot & humid south, near the water where bugs love to be too! Please be aware that you may encounter our local bug-"the palmetto" bug at some point during you stay. This is not a cleanliness issue but an environmental one and something that cannot be helped. The unit is sprayed on a regular, monthly basis.We provide beach towels, but we do not provide beach chairs or umbrellas due to storage space. You can rent both on the beach during the peak season or from Tim's Bikes & Beach Gear Rentals all year round. This unit is available for long term rentals during the off season-Dec. 2023-March 2024. This house has 3 bedrooms 1 bath upstairs. Playroom and another bath downstairs. Relax in the screen porch with a drink, while you grill you fresh seafood you just caught. After a day of boating and dolphin watching come home to a nice clean newly renovated rental house. This house is two story with lots of windows overlooking a nice lagoon. Bird watch as you have your dinner from the dining area. Our rental house has a king size bed in the first bedroom, two full size in the second and a queen in the third bedroom. The bedroom with the queen has a balcony deck. Plenty of parking here on this dead end street. The rental is kid friendly. The downstairs has a great play room for the kids to hang out. The second bathroom is downstairs. There is also an outside shower to rinse off.
