The home has a covered patio with a gas barbecue. You are in walking distance to many fast food places, Starbucks, and my favorite Java coffee shop as well as grocery store. If you enjoy walking you are about a Mile from down town Twin Falls main area with lots of unique restaurants, shops, Java shops. During the summer, every Wed, they have a live bands performing with plenty of food vendors. There is also a walking or biking path along the Snake River with beautiful view to what we call Shoshone Falls ( know as the Niagara falls of the West) About pets:No pets allowed.About checkOut:Check out before 11:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About checkIn:Check in after 3:00 PM.About smoking:Smoking is not permitted.About minBookingAge:Minimum age to rent: 21.About events:No events allowed.

Clean, quiet and comfortable! Perfect location close to stores, restaurants and attractions. Neighborhood was quiet. The home was immaculate, beautiful furnishings. Our host, Mark was easily accessed and responsive. We would definitely stay here again when visiting family in Twin Falls.

Twin Falls My sister came up for a friend’s wedding and was very delighted to find this wonderful house to stay in. The house has so much charm and is very comfortable. The neighborhood is nice and quiet also even though it is close to a Main Street. There were several eating places and coffee shops close by. Overall it was a very pleasant stay. Jaylyn

Super easy coordinating with the owner, Mark! The house was immaculately clean inside and out. The house was very comfortable for the four of us. Great location! We would definitely stay here again!!! This should be in the top 5 homes in Twin Falls.
