The suite features open plan living with everything you could need for a relaxing stay. There's a kitchenette, a chic dining space, a sparkling bathroom, a lounge area with the option of a sofa bed and a bedroom with a luxe king bed. The famous Snake River Canyon is right on your door step and great shopping and dining is only minutes away. Enter into the sunlit foyer and make your way up the stairs to the second floor where you will find the free-flowing guest suite. The kitchen comes fully equipped with everything you could need for your stay. There is a full-size fridge/freezer, and a built-in microwave. Across from the kitchen is the chic café style dining space where you can pull up a trendy bar stool and enjoy your culinary creations, or just sit back with a cup of coffee from the complimentary coffee bar. The cozy living room features a large wall mounted TV and a plush sofa which can be converted into a comfortable bed to create an additional sleeping space. Enjoy the sweeping views across the canyon from the large lounge window. The main sleeping area offers a large king bed with luxuriously soft hotel quality linen and bedding. There is dresser to store your belongings and a second TV perfectly positioned for movie nights curled up in bed. We loved our stay here! The property is in a superb location with easy access to the Canyon Rim Trail for spectacular views. The property feels brand new--about the size of a hotel room but with a nice kitchenette (no oven) and updated furnishings and fixtures. Check in and check out is extremely easy and we never heard any sound from the rest of the house. Definitely met our expectations!

Nice studio in very nice neighborhood Overnight for two nights for a seminar at CSI. Everything as advertised, quiet and clean and convenient. Very good access to town roadways. Near the rim trail, not to be missed at sunrise time.

I like that it was in a good area. I like the bed, it was very comfortable. I did not like that it was so small, not for four people as it mentions. Yes, there is a sofa bed, but the mattress is not comfortable. There is no room in the small kitchen to cook anything. The stove top has to be brought down to cook.

We had a wonderful overnight stay at this cute in-law suite above the garage of a beautiful residential home. The space was spotless, felt very new, and was tastefully decorated—everything we needed for a comfortable stop on our road trip. We noticed some reviews mentioned noise from the main house, but we didn’t experience any issues at all; it was peaceful and quiet throughout our stay. The hosts clearly take great care of the property, and it shows in all the details. Highly recommended, and we would definitely stay here again!

Great location! Great loft apartment. Location is amazing and put you in the middle of all the attractions! Closed to food and any other things you may need or want! Great communication with host and an easy check in check out process!
