Stayed here to be close to family members camping at Indian Cove Campgrounds. Room was clean and bed was so comfortable! Enjoyed a hot shower after hiking in the desert! I would stay here again!

Wir haben hier eine Nacht verbracht. Die gute Nachricht, das Zimmer war sauber und ausreichend ausgestattet. Nun kommen wir zum Rest. Das Motel verfügt über keine eigene Lobby mehr. Man muss über den Parkplatz zum anderen Hotel und dort findet der Check in statt. Die Zimmer sind extrem hellhörig und sehr altmodisch ausgestattet. Die Tapeten an den Wänden fangen an sich zu lösen. Es war gerade noch akzeptabel. Sollten wir noch einmal in den Joshua Tree NP kommen dann verlassen wir den Park über Cottonwood.

Easy access from Highway 62. Great customer service from staff, very friendly. We had issues with toilet and they provided key to exterior bathroom.

When I booked this hotel I thought I had booked a room with a jetted tub. Nope, no jetted tubs. No Pool or Jacuzzi either. No elevator either and that made for a difficult time getting luggage up the stairs by myself. The room décor as old and could use some updates. Pillows were like some kind of half pillow... weird! Next time, I'll stay near Joshua Tree to hopefully have a better standard at the next hotel.

They didn’t give me my refund or a receipt due to them changing the rules and request that I give them an additional 100$ cash deposit, I didn’t have cash and spend everything I had on the room. I was told to go somewhere if I didn’t like that. And they never gave a refund or a receipt and changed me over 150$ I’m still fighting with my bank to get this back. Do not stay here unless you want to scammed

If you get the room through Travelocity or any other site you don't get to use any of the amenities. Because you didn't go through the motel. They don't help you by correcting the problem that you didn't know about. They tell you that there is nothing they can do. And this was from management.
so you just have a room and they charge you for everything as extra. All the way down to house keeping. This was the first time I have ever experienced this in my life. The check in guy was the best part of being there. He was very friendly and nice. After that the hotel ******. They didn't even try to help . Don't stay there.

Stains on sheets and dirty water came up from the sink drain and clogged the sink. Staff was courteous and the pool area looked nice.

Came to town for a funeral. There were bugs the room was not clean dirty rags under sink. Ended up leaving management was very rude, said they were crickets they were not..I have picture
