BIG4特威德巴拉本假日公園

This is a great park and we have stayed a few times. Most recently in a one bedroom deluxe cabin. For some reason, we were placed in a unit closest to the highway and directly under the flight path. I was warned it would be noisy on check-in.. (I thought that was an odd thing to say?!) however, the park was probably at 50% capacity, with only one other cabin booked out in our row. Why put us in the worst positioned cabin despite others being available? As professionals in the airline and tourism industry, we don’t complain- we just tell everyone else about our poor experience and don’t return. Look after your members…

From the moment we arrived, the staff were so welcoming and accommodating to our family. The cabin was spotless, spacious, and well equipped, making our stay super comfortable. The facilities were fantastic, the kids loved the playground, pool, and daily activities that kept them entertained. Everything around the park was clean, easy to access, and family friendly. We also loved the peaceful location, which was still close to shops, beaches, and attractions. We had such a great experience and can’t wait to come back.

We had a wonderful stay at BIG4 Billabong Park! From the moment we arrived, the staff were so warm, friendly, and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The accommodation was spotless beautifully clean and well-kept, which made our stay so comfortable and relaxing. The amenities throughout the park were excellent, well-maintained, and easy to access. We were also so impressed with the entertainment and activities on offer – there was always something fun happening, making it an enjoyable experience for all ages. Overall, BIG4 Billabong Park is a fantastic place to stay, and we can’t recommend it highly enough. We look forward to returning again!

I just wanted to pass on my sincere thanks for a wonderful stay at your park. We are living in our caravan for 12 months as we travel around Australia and I can honestly say, after 7 months in the van, your park is the best and a stand out for so many reasons. Your staff have been nothing but lovely to deal with, always willing to go above and beyond to help in anyway. Even the staff I encountered on the grounds were the same and your permanent residents friendly and welcoming. Your grounds are stunning and features are amazing. Playing a game by the inside fire or eating dinner by the billabong, it was easy to forget that we were in a caravan park. Thank you for an incredible stay and all the work you put into making your park such a lovely place to stay. I will definitely recommend it to others.

Staff are very accommodating and friendly. Our cabin was beautifully decorated, clean and smelt amazing ! The layout of the park is great . The water park is fantastic as is all of the other features.

Exceptional- the staff never stop, always someone around with a rake or a mop. Presentation is perfect, clean and well kept. Park is well laid out with great amenities. Was able to catch a fish dinner just 3mt from our van. Traffic noise is a little over the top, perhaps partially due to us coming from a remote area and not being used to it.
