圖特林根施塔特飯店(Hotel Stadt Tuttlingen)

Standort ist super. Leicht zu finden. Direkt an der Fussgängerzone mit diversen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants. Trotzdem mit dem Auto gut zu erreichen. Tiefgaragenplatz dazu buchen ist zum empfehlen. Die Therme ist auch nur ein paar Gehminuten entfernt und sehr zu empfehlen. Sehr freundliches Personal schon an der Rezeption beim Check in. Ganzes Hotel inkl. Zimmer sehr Sauber. Auf dem Zimmer hat es alles was man braucht. Das Bett war nicht zu weich und nicht zu Hart. Die Zimmer sind sehr ruhig. Das Frühstück war auch sehr lecker und es wurde immer aufgefüllt. Preis Leistung sehr gut!

Die Zimmer sind sauber und zweckmässig eingerichtet. Frühstücksbuffet ausgiebig. Tiefgarage verfügbar Sehr nah an Fussgängerzone. Bei offenen Fenster gegen Fussgängerzone mitunter etwas laut. Gault-Millau prämiertes Restaurant!

Je ne comprends pas les commentaires positifs sur cet hôtel. Ok, le petit déjeuner est correct, situation centrale à proximité de tout. La chambre est meublée très simplement, pas de lampes de chevet, une télévision ridiculement petite, moquette sale, pas de rideau vraiment occultant, on est réveillé par la lumière du jour. Les toilettes fuient donc un bruit d'eau sans arrêt. Le pire est l'isolation phonique entre les chambres, la catastrophe ! on entend tout, l'impression d'avoir mes voisins dans ma chambre. La réception ferme à 22h, et plus d'ascenseur après 22h...Jamais vu ça.

I just recently finished a two week long stay in Hotel Stadt, and I had an absolutely amazing time, and I am hoping to stay there again for future business trips. the location is amazing. I enjoyed taking morning walks along the river, and there were tons of food options in the plaza for whatever I wanted to eat. The room itself was small but comfortable. The windows are surprisingly good at blocking the sound from any late night carousers, and the curtains block streetlights, The complimentary breakfast was really nice; there was always a wide range of hot and cold breakfast foods, and all of the fruit was really fresh. The different types of bread rolls was also impressive, though admittedly my favorite part of the breakfast was the special jams that were served with the bread; these were absolutely delicious. All of this made for a perfectly fine hotel establishment, though perhaps not one that would have urged me to make a review. The real shining star of my stay was the genuine consideration and thoughtfulness of the staff themselves, exemplified in the following ways: 1) as an English speaker in a foreign country I appreciate immensely the staff that worked with me to understand any requests that I had, even when I couldn't explain them in their native language. 2) There is an option with this hotel to request a lunch to be packed for you if you need one. Early on in my stay I did request a lunch, and I requested that plums not be included in it. I don't remember if I specified that it was because I was allergic to them or not. However, I did notice that for the rest of my stay, plums were not included in the fruit salad that was served every morning for breakfast, and instead were served whole on the side, whereas during the first couple of days of my stay plums had been included in pieces in the fruit salad. While I am not entirely sure the plums were removed from the salad because of my request, I do believe that might have been the case, and I appreciate the gesture immensely. 3) The restaurant staff at the Meet & Eat restaurant that is part of the hotel is absolutely fantastic. The staff there are also so welcoming and fun, and contribute to a relaxed, jovial atmosphere. All in all, the family that owns and runs the Hotel Stadt took what could have been a perfectly amenable hotel stay into a 5 star hotel experience that I would be thrilled to be able to experience again in the future, and I wish them all the best moving forward.
