While our travel happened during a potential storm threat, we did not postpone our trip and reached late in the night. The resort is located in the highway and well outside of town and closer to the airport. We were well received, and check-in was smooth. As requested, we got our room on the ground floor. The room was large for a deluxe room with a lot of empty space. Every room has a private balcony view with shades. It's great to have early tea/coffee. All the private balconies had common connected areas with trees. Even the restroom was spacious. We told the cottages were best, but they require at least 1 month of advance booking. The wifi was average quality reception in my room. The whole resort lot of greenery with well maintained lawns and empty spaces. It was good for a morning stroll. Avoid going to late evening as we were told that there are lot snakes in the empty spaces. Since they have 2 halls for conducting functions, we saw a lot of walk-in guests attending them. The swimming pool was located at the far end of the resort. The gym was very small with minimal equipment with 1 treadmill and other workout gears. The best is to walk around. The buffet breakfast included good choices, including pancakes, cereal, bread (peanut butter), idili, poori, and live counter with variety of dosai and eggs recipes. The buffet was served inside the restaurant. Lunch was also served in the restaurant while dinner was served in the front lawn whenever it didn't rain. Delicious fresh seafood cuisine is served both during lunch and dinner. Seafood like Venjiram Fish, Prawns, and Kalamari (Baby Squids) were served fresh. The chicken steak was average. Take Mr. Sudhakar recommendations, especially during dinner. Finally thanks to all staff (most stay in the hotel) especially the manager Mr. Sudalaimani for all the help during the stay. The best time to stay is from November to February months.

Sathya resort restaurent is too good they have continental cuisine wich we cannot find in tuticorin and surver sudhakar always take good care of us and recommend new dish to try and other staff are at satya resort restaurent also friendly kind and polite and food is always good and they bring it hot . And now they added small super market wich is also good

Service Delay and No proper room service and no response , we asked for cutleries and delayed by more than a hour after many reminders also no response

I went for dinner on 24th Feb 2024. I ordered food and was waiting for food to arrive for about an hour. Even after asking the restaurant manager about the food, more than 4 times, I didn't get any response from him, not even a polite word of concern mentioning "the food would be ready". Infact he saw me calling him more than 4 times but didn't come forward to even respond. Infact, I've been to this place since it was open. I would never visit this place hereafter. The owner of this place is a very nice ***. The whole city knows him. But the staff's gestures and behaviour spoils this entire beautiful property's experience. Above all, I care for the owner's reputation. I will never visit this place hereafter.

Satya arranged a social get together and dinner for our family and friends on 11 September 2025 ... it was very professionally executed event by the Satya team led by Mr Darjer Bright....I sincerely thank the Sathya management for the beautiful services and wishing all the best, amazing services to the human kind in future too... thank you

Rooms are neat and clean, good infrastructure and ambiance. Mr.Bright co-ordinate with us friendly which give us more comfort.
