Very nice

Property is right on highway and we asked for room not facing it and the reception staff who was in the back on his phone said yes your room faces parking lot. No it didn’t :truck noise all night. Otherwise hotel is clean. Not crazy about room layout as the bathroom is in middle of room and a window sliding door so it’s bright if you turn on light while another is sleeping. I think this is typical for SpringHill suites.

Hotel was perfect for our overnight heady to Gulf Shores. Room was large and could easily sleep 5.

We reserved a room with 2 queen beds but when we got there, they had over booked so we were given a room with a king bed and a pull-out trundle. Luckily, we had 3 people, had my daughter come like we planned we would not have had enough spaces to sleep. The whole placed smelled. And not a good smell. It wasn't dirty but didn't smell good.

May have been one of the best rooms we have stayed in! Front desk was friendly and helpful. My only suggestion would be a trash can in the restroom, as well as a night light option …kids and old people, myself included, would benefit! Otherwise - a 10!!

The only thing that I noticed was there were no hangers in the closet in the room. Otherwise, it was a pleasant stay.

As always we fully enjoyed our stay here. The only suggestion I can make is having an option for a night light or dimmer light option in the restroom for night time bathroom visit. People in the area are very helpful as well. In the morning we had a low tire and stopped at a nearby gas station. In the time it took us to fill up the tire with air two people stopped to ask if we needed help.

Great place to stay. Staff was very friendly. Bed was comfortable. They had the most amazing shampoo and conditioner. Highly recommend.

Hotel is clean, staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was fine and there are a lot of restaurant within less than 2 minutes of the hotel
