The staff is a bunch of ****** Caucasian’s if you are melanated, keep it moving to somewhere else plain and simple.

It was a pretty nice hotel, in pretty good condition, the young man who checked us in was extremely polite and help, really impressed

The lobby and exterior has recently been updated. The rooms need to be cleaned better and updated. The room was fine for the price but I wouldn't want to stay more than a night or two. Get rid of the old towels with holes in them.

Access to hotel was easy, and exterior is nice. Lobby is very welcoming, as was staff. However, the warm breakfast was substandard - there was enough options but neither the eggs nor sausages very appealing to the tastebuds. I also had a change in plans and telling the desk attendant that would be checking out a day early (next day), was given incorrect information on possible refund. Needed to go through my 3rd party booking agent. I didn't know nor did the man at the counter. In the end, more my mistake than his, but...

We had bed bugs along with other people in other rooms and they wouldn’t cancel our second night or refund us because we used Expredia.

The carpet was filthy and the shower faucet broken. The building is nice. The rate very good.

Shower curtain rod was hanging off employees congregate outside of the room and loud conversations

Looks appealing from the outside and lobby, but the room felt very bare bones. Paint chipping, shower worked poorly. I had to turn the fridge on and it took a while to get cold. All in all it was an ok room, the bed was comfortable and seemed clean.

The hotel was okay. The biggest problem was we kept getting towels that had stains on them. Other than that the rest of the room was clean. Only other thing I could really say negative is that the breakfast was below average. There's not many options already and the last morning there the eggs were burnt. The front desk service was pretty good and the people were friendly so I had no issues there.
