Berbat ötesi bir Otel. Kahvaltı, servis çok kötü. Otel çalışanları çok saygısız. Kesinlikle tavsiye etmem. Her sene her türden otele gittim ancak bu otel benim şimdiye kadar gördüğüm en kötü otel. Bu oteller denetlenmiyor mu acaba. Neye dayanarak böyle kötü bir otel olmayı becerebiliyor anlamak güç. Böyle kötü bir oteli deneyimlemek istiyorsanız gidin ve benim gibi pişman olun.

Berbat bi otel bizi aşağılayıp durdular ailem ile gittim insanlarda sınıf ayrımcılığı yapılıyor çok tecrübesiz elemanlarla çalışıyor bu otel biraz edep biraz görgü öğretilmesi gerek insan parasıyla azarlanıyor resmen bu kadarı da pes yani size tavsiyem bu insanlarla muhatap olmamanız

The hotel is located on the beach, they have their own beds on the beach which are available free of charge. The hotel rooms are simple, but clean and functional, everything works as advertised. The restaurant serves a good, full Turkish breakfast; eggs, tomatoes, cucumbers, olives, jams, honey, Nutella, bread, tea and coffee. What stands out is the staff, Ilker the manager is the most friendly and helpful person going. The cleaning ladies are charming and efficient, you can get your laundry done for free!! The restaurant staff, Fevzi, Hasan, Dervish and Şenol are fantastic, willing to go well beyond what can reasonably be expected to serve the guests. All in all, an outstanding experience made memorable by the people. Thanks to all of you for making this a memorable stay!

Just back after 9 days at this fabulous hotel. Woke up each morning to the most spectacular views of the beach and mountains, and fell asleep to the sound of the gentle tide at night....absolute bliss. Hotel is spotlessly clean thanks to Fatma and her team. Ilker, who owns the hotel, is always available to assist and nothing is too much trouble. We travelled, by water taxi, to marmaris for 1 night for birthday & wedding celebrations and could not wait to return to the peace and tranquility of Turunc Bay and the family friendly atmosphere of the Malmen...our wee home from home. Breakfast is served next door at the Yali Sea Club, as well as snacks and drinks throughout the day, which can be ordered from the comfort of the spacious loungers on the private beach by the attentive waiting staff. Dinner on the beach in the evening is a must! We were saddened to leave but happy at the prospect of returning in the near future. Thank you very much to all staff at the Malmen Hotel and Yali Sea Club for your warm and friendly hospitality - 5 stars all round!

We arrived at the Malmen on the 4th June about 2am and was greeted by a gentleman ( Ilker Erester) he was very friendly, helped us up with our suitcases, and gave us all our information that we needed. He even put some cold drinks in our fridge as no shops would have been open in the area, which was a nice touch. 😉 The following morning he asked if everything was okay, my partner just mentioned if they had a bigger room as we where staying for 2weeks for a wedding and without any trouble he allowed us to change. Also the place was very spotless and the maids were also friendly. Highly recommended. Thank you for such a lovely stay. We WILL be back.

The Turunc Malmen is a lovely small hotel offering excellent standards of comfort, cleanliness and customer service. It is situated on the beachfront with the choice of a pool or sunbeds on the beach area. The rooms are very clean with very comfortable beds and modern bathrooms. The Turkish breakfast was excellent although other options are available of required. Ilker who manages the hotel just wants your stay to be as happy and relaxing as possible. I felt the hotel provided a very welcoming and friendly environment and would not hesitate to return.
