KARAVANSARAY Turkistan Family Hotel - Free FLYING THEATRE Entrance

Sehr gemütliches Hotel, nicht weit vom Zentrum, in der Nähe aller Sehenswürdigkeiten. Es war toll, dass der Eintritt zum Flying Theatre im Hotel inbegriffen war, was wirklich gut war. Das Hotel ist sauber. Die Zimmer sind groß und modern. Das Hotel ist zu empfehlen. Wir werden gerne wieder besuchen.

I had a great stay at this hotel and I wish I could have stayed longer. As bonus, all guests staying at the hotel receive a free ticket to the flying theater. Buffet breakfast was good, but if you have a tour group staying at the hotel it can get chaotic at the breakfast area. The historical sites are a good 15 minutes walk away from the hotel. On the downside, I was not happy with the cleaning. There were pieces of hair in the carpet, an empty plastic bottle in the balcony, unwashed cups & spoons, and some dust in the bathroom. Small things, but it should not happen for such a nice hotel. I hope they will fix these things.

There are two KARAVANSARAY hotels on the property - one which is a family hotel with children's activities and the other, more luxury style hotel. We were upgraded to the duplex room at the luxury style KARAVANSARAY. To say that the amenities and service of the amazing staff are top-notch is an understatement. There's a spa, steam rooms, Turkish bath, and massages available. The bar and 24 hour room service were a pleasant surprise. My only regret is that we only stayed one night in this fabulous hotel, but we will definitely return. My one critique is that our room was exceedingly hot; we couldn't adjust the thermostat and ultimately resorted to opening the balcony door to cool down the room. Other than this minor issue, KARAVANSARAY hotel far exceeded our expectations!
