Satisfied Customer This was my first time staying at the Holiday Inn & Suites, and I would rate my experience a 10 overall. From the moment I arrived to the moment I left, the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Check-in was quick and easy, my room was clean and comfortable — I truly felt at home — and the breakfast was hot and fresh. While I was very satisfied overall, I did have one concern. I was contacted in the middle of the day at my job and asked to make a payment for my stay, even though I was told at the time of booking that I could pay at check-in. My card is kept locked for security reasons, so the initial payment attempt didn’t go through. However, being called at work for payment was both unexpected and disruptive. If guests are allowed to pay at check-in, this policy should be honored without premature payment attempts. Aside from that issue, everything else was excellent, and I would gladly stay again.

Overpriced & Noisy Another example of a non-accessible hotel. Overpruced for this property and $10.95 additional for breakfast was ridiculous. We asked for wheelchait accessible, got put on 5th floor with a TUB in the bathroom and high counters. Hand shower wans was broken and not able to lower. Sadly disappointed. Also, open attrium with bar and restaurant carri3s the noise strait up into the rooms above, very noisy.

Hotel war ganz Ok. Mehr aber auch nicht. Für eine Nacht kann man es buchen. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten in Tupelo sind schnell zu erreichen. Die Zimmer sind groß aber leider auch muffig. Auf das Hallenbad haben wir verzichtet. Dort wurden wir mit einem fürchterlichen Gestank empfangen. Das Frühstück ist sehr einseitig. Würde eher ein Wafflehouse in der Nähe empfehlen.

One of the elevators was broken. So it was a long wait at the elevator. A member of staff said the elevator had been broken for awhile.

The staff is amazing. Room was wonderful. Restaurant and bar on site was excellent. I recommend the grilled pork chop.

Our room was extremely clean! We also LOVED the bar and the food. Everyone we came in contact with was so nice and helpful.

The hotel is modern, clean and well-appointed. The entire staff was friendly, profession, and accommodating. Definitely recommend if you’re visiting the area.
