Clean property and friendly staff. Pet friendly but 50 dollar fee which I wasn’t told about at check in. I’m used to a 25 fee at candlewood.

Fairly nice place to stay, but very filthy, dog hair everywhere….. carpet was dirty, (with hair) probably wouldn’t stay again, staff was very nice but will definitely check to see if dog friendly next time…..

Charged twice, room AC was not on when we arrived so it was 82 in our room and had only cooled to 80 by the time we went to bed. Front desk said we could change rooms but there was "no guarantee it would be any cooler", no breakfast, no coffee downstairs, no water pressure. Room smelled terrible, but the bed was comfortable so that was the one redeeming quality.

Property was fine for our needs for soccer tournament but they did not have my reservation even though I had my confirmation through ******* so was not happy after a 7 hour drive arriving at 11 pm my child with a 8am game next day and hotel didn’t have my reservation

Overall our stay was good. Great location. Had a couple issues with the room. Heat did not work and toilet backed up. It worked for out overnight stay though. There are a lot of choices in this area. I may pick something else next time.

Desk Clerks were great. Rooms needed better cleaning and attention. The thermostats are locked to not come on at 70 and below. The room was hot. Iron wouldn’t heat. Toilet wasn’t stable.

The staff were great. The hotel needs better cleaning. Halls were dirt. The room carpet needed vacuuming. Ants in the bathroom. Hair on tub. Dusty lamps. No hot water in the tub. Room wouldn’t cool.
