ANNONCE MENSONGÈRE , FUYEZ !!!!
1 - Le wifi ne capte pas dans les chambres, le personnel vous conseille de vous déplacer dans l’hôtel pour avoir le wifi.
2 - les chambres ne ressemble pas à celle sur la photo, faites attention !
3 - les frigos ne fonctionne dans quasiment aucune chambres ! ( frigo sans prise électrique)
4 - le matériel n’est pas entretenu, la climatisation fait un bruit insupportable, et nous avons entendu des gros bourdonnement électrique toutes la nuit !
5 - nous avons beaucoup d’excréments de rats sur notre fenêtre
6 - pour rentre à l’hôtel ou repartir, vous devez payer 5000 de parking même si le taxi viens juste vous chercher c’est inacceptable !
Hôtel à fuir clairement , nous avons sollicité le personnel pour changer de chambre, ils nous ont fait attendre 4h, pour nous mettre dans une autre chambres avec les mêmes problèmes !

I stayed at The Crew Hotel near Kualanamu International Airport for a short getaway, not just for transit. The hotel exceeded my expectations for a stay near the airport. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet—perfect for rest. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I also appreciated the facilities like the on-site restaurant and the convenience store nearby. Although it's close to the airport, it’s also a great base for exploring the surrounding area. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful and affordable stay.

The hotel is nea tor the airport (15min) and they provide free shuttle service. Bed is comfortable, but the cleanliness needs to be improved. Overall, it is okay to stay for a night before an early morning flight. Breakfast provided is good. Indomaret and cafes nearby.

W are in family with small boy , checked in night 11pm, the room was not properly clean, bathroom tiles left with hairs and not shine enough , bfast moderate just choice of noodle + rice with fried egg.
