Muchas gracias a todos, excelente lugar para pasar un experiencia de descanso y alejado del estrés de las ciudades y la vida agitada. Muchas gracias en especial a Elena, Alaide, José y Eliu del restaurante. El lugar es mágico y único, no dejen de visitarlo.

Es hotel claramente es boutique y es una experiencia única. El estar en una de sus pocas habitaciones te da una sensación de exclusividad. La arquitectura es única y la ubicación increíble. En lugar tranquilo alejado del ruido y bullicio. Las habitaciones son espectaculares y merecen disfrut**** en pleno. La experiencia de la comida es muy buena, así como del area de perfumería. Altamente recomendado. He ido dos veces a disfrutar del espacio único.

Está en una zona alejada de Coba y el entorno del hotel es original. Los desayunos muy flojos, te obligan a extras fuera de carta. El restaurante está bien, pero no ponen nada de cortesía como en los restaurantes de la zona. Los perfumes son calidad norma a precio de premium europeo

We ha an absolutely breathtaking experience. The food, perfumes, grounds and the staff were all amazing! It was a full sensory experience while also being one of the most peaceful places I’ve ever been. I want to say a special thanks to Josè who truly went above and beyond! I highly recommend!

Un resort 5 stelle in pieno stile Maya. Ideale per concedersi un po’ di relax, dotato di piscina e spa. Fantastica la possibilità di scegliere le fragranze di shampoo, profumi, bagnoschiuma ecc all’arrivo (essendo l’hotel anche una profumeria)

The coqui coqui concept is beautiful, the products are good and the hotel is clean and comfortable however it attracts people who are mostly there for social media likes. It is a little tired and could do with a sprucing up. The pool is as very cool but a bit too conceptual, so you couldn’t really swim - and the plunge pool could have done with a bit of a clean. The staff were very polite, welcoming and we felt the service was very good - they, along with the view were the highlight. I wouldn’t have stayed there for more than two nights as there isn’t much to do.

It was perfect from arrival to departure! Our flight was delayed so we arrived at night instead of in the evening, we informed the hotel by telephone and the receptionist waited for us, although there is no 24/7 service. Since we came so late, he put dinner in the fridge for us. - How caring and loving is that?! Thanks again! The 2 days were fantastic. Very quiet, breakfast was possible on your own apartment terrace. One of the nicest breakfasts I've ever had. Luckily only people looking for peace and quiet, no children. I'm in love! Thank you for this nice stay

This was a splurge for us, but we were happy we did. The setting on the lake is beautiful. The buildings and structures feel and look like a cross between Mayan and a hacienda, although it’s just past a decade old. Ou room was sumptuous, with the customized scented shampoos and conditioner we selected upon checkin. We only stayed one night, but two would have been better. With two pools, plenty of lounging space and a nice restaurant, you won’t need to leave, except to visit the nearby ruins.

Its like been in a jungle fairy-tale. The food its insanely good. Cristal was so attentive all our stay and with Eliu they are the perfect team work. The only thing its missed is body lotion and hand soap in the room. We love Coqui Coqui experience!
