Perfekter Ort für einen ruhigen und entspannten Aufenthalt direkt am Meer. Das Hotel verfügt über wenige aber mit viel Liebe zum Detail gestaltete Zimmer. Die sehr gepflegte Anlage mit vielen tropischen Pflanzen bietet zahlreiche Rückzugsmöglichkeiten - einfach traumhaft! Sehr positiv fanden wir den vom Hotel produzierten eigenen Solarstrom und die Wasseraufbeteitungsanlage. Der Strandbereich mit bequemen Sonnenliegen und Hängematten bietet viel Privatsphäre und vollkommene Ruhe. Morgens wird der Bereich von angespülten Pflanzen gesäubert und mit viel Sorgfalt gepflegt. Das kleine Restaurant bietet ein vorzügliches Frühstück und den ganzen Tag ausgewählte mexikanische Gerichte. Alle Mitarbeitenden sind sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich, Ivàn erfüllt jeden Wunsch! Wir haben uns in diesem traumhaften Paradies 5 Tage lang ausserordentlich wohl gefühlt!

Amazing experience at Sueños Tulum. A beautiful property, amazing service and the Club Temple was a fantastic room for our family of 5. The Sueños team helped with everything from breakfast to delightful cocktails to helping coordinate fun activities around Tulum. Can't wait to return.

I highly recommend Sueños Tulum. It is a little slice of calm magic in the sometimes hectic, loud, and very fun Tulum :). Our room was the king bed ocean view and it was perfect! You could hear the ocean every day waking up and falling asleep. Everything was very clean and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. You can easily walk to other areas of Tulum Beach to explore the restaurants, shops, and other vendors. Additionally, this hotel is family-owned and you feel the coziness and warmth of the love put into this space. I highly recommend this hotel to couples, solo travelers, and families and we would definitely stay again! Thank you for providing such a wonderful space for our getaway!

Leio as observações e indicações antes de qualquer viagem, pois acho muito importante avaliar o local. E claro, todas as observações positivas do local conferem! O hotel é incrível, silencioso, familiar, com atendimento exemplar, limpeza espetacular, localização ótima e café da manhã variado e gostoso. Quero fazer um elogio a pasta de amendoim, incrível! E um drink de autoria do Ivan :( Tudo que experimentei do cardápio do hotel eu amei! O caminho até os quartos é bonito e limpo, e a todo momento tem funcionários limpando a areia e a praia. Tivemos um contato muito próximo com ****m e Ivan, funcionários do bar e café da manhã, que são educados e simpáticos, sempre prontos a atender. Em especial, adorei o Ivan, ele cuida de tudo e sabe tudo! Rsrs. O hotel fez serviço de concierge para nós, indicou restaurantes, fez reservas e indicou passeios. Jesus e Yareni foram incríveis e nos ajudaram muito! Senti falta de uma tomada no banheiro, que não tem, e de um fluxo maior de água no chuveiro. De resto, o hotel é incrível e indico de olhos fechados!

El hotel y la playa estuvieron increíbles, la atención del hotel Catalonia Royal Tulum muy buena (la ubicación, la comodidad de la habitación y sus instalaciones); la playa limpia con muy poco sargazo, es privada con pocas persona y la arena blanca y el mar turquesa,

Hotel pé na areia, café da manhã maravilhoso sob os cuidados do simpático Cecilio. A comida é feita toda lá, pães, geléia, iogurte da polpa do coco e todos os dias havia um prato diferente, como ovos mexidos, bruschetta com guacamole, ovos fritos, ovos pochê, sempre acompanhado com uma saladinha. Aliás o que não falta nesse hotel são bons e eficientes funcionários como Maria e Sebastian na recepção. O cuidado e atenção com os hóspedes é tamanha, que no dia do aniversário do meu marido, tivemos uma grande surpresa ao chegar da praia...o quarto estava cheio de balões coloridos e um bolo "feito" de toalhas todo enfeitado com flores naturais...que delicadeza!! A praia é linda, agua transparente e muito pouco sargaço, realmente tivemos sorte qto a isso. Nāo tem frigobar no quarto, mas este detalhe passa desapercebido diante da vista maravilhosa do quarto ( ficamos no andar superior ) . Hotel próximo dos melhores restaurantes de Tulum, fomos a pé. Enfim, já é o nosso eleito para a próxima viagem, não o troco por nenhum outro!!

We had an amazing stay in Suenos for 4 nights for a short family getaway. We love the variety of morning breakfast and the private beachfront. Our 2.5 daughter enjoyed playing in the white sand. The staff were all helpful, friendly and supportive.. We highly recommend them. 👌

Beautiful hotel, stunning beach front views, amazing staff, great location, very friendly people, breakfast was delicious & a very good size. Jungle style hotel was stunning. We had a great view from our room, catches a sunrise every morning. Had breakfast on the beach. Pure paradise.

We discovered Suenos Tulum 9 years ago after reading reviews on TripAdvisor. We just returned from our third stay after an 8 year gap from our last visit. The area of Tulum has grown & changed a lot in 8 years; not necessarily all for the better however Suenos has remained mostly the same, with any changes made have been for added comfort of their visitors. We were warmly greeted by the owners, Jorge, Elizabeth & Giovanna, with hugs & welcomed as Suenos family even after being away for so many years. Sueños Tulum is a beautiful, serene oasis to just relax & forget about the stresses of your everyday life. The owners have put their heart & soul into every detail of Suenos, which includes Mayan inspired artwork & architecture of the buildings. There are 5 main guest buildings with each one having a different theme/interior color, each room faces the ocean, We love the Luna suite with the calming blue walls & a surprise hummingbird on the ceiling. The rooms have air-conditioning but we chose to sleep with door open & listen to the ocean & enjoyed the breeze that blew in. They also have 24/7 electricity & high speed internet if you need it. The food from the restaurant is top notch, fresh & delicious!! Breakfast is included with fresh fruit, yogurt, granola, basket of a variety of bread, jam & peanut butter, fresh squeezed juice & each day is a different style of egg. If you have a special request chef Jose Luis is happy to accommodate you. Our servers Artsenio & Ivan were the absolute BEST!! They were so fun, warm & friendly & made sure we had everything we needed. If you are looking for a modern, glossy, beach club experience then this is not going to be your place but if you want quiet, a place to relax, calm your soul, do some yoga, relax by a fire in the evening, then you'll love it here; we sure do & hope we can make it back again next year.
