圖盧姆市中心飯店(Downtown Tulum Hotel)

Came to tulum with some girlfriends for a bachelorette party and the rooftop bar was recommended for a drink. The bar is beautiful and the service was excellent. I really enjoyed my margarita and my friends drinks were all delicious.

Sergio is just fabulous. Beautiful hotel and both the rooftop and pool are really impressive. An idyllic oasis in midst of bustling Tulum. Perfect place for a pre dinner drink. The decor is really cool!

Lovely rooftop bar. Fabulous drinks, excellent service. Passion Fruit margarita is a must. Sergio Is a excellent server and very attentive. Nice breeze, boho vibes and great music. Sangria was excellent and great spot for cocktails. Coming back for food!

We stayed for a few day, we loved the food, the service and the parties in the rooftop. We didn’t want to leave :( . A special thanks to the staff who were wonderful but a extra special thanks to Vanessa in reception who was always so kind and funny. We recommend.

Only visites the rooftop bar. Great location and good music, but the worst cocktails we ever had. Very sour, poor taste. Mine had some herbs on top, but they had no straw. So how do you drink this? They poored it into a new glass for me. Probably stick to Beets here.

Estuve en el hotel en enero y tuve una muy mala experiencia. Mucho ruído durante toda la noche. Atención al cliente malisima. Habitaciones sucias. Cancelé la reservación por varios temas internos y hasta la fecha el hotel no me ha hecho el reembolso, ya llevo 2 meses esperando y sin ninguna solución. Sabanas y toallas sucias.

Hice mi reserva para viajar en Octubre 2022 y me acabo de enterar que como cambio de nombre y administración mi reserva fue cancelada y nunca me avisaron, me entere por mis propios medios. Un desastre manej**** de esa forma, ahora tengo que buscar otro alojamiento.

Me hospede en el hotel un fin de semana. Simplemente fue una experiencia espectacular. El hotel está perfectamente diseñado para una estancia cómoda, cerca de cualquier cosa que se pueda necesitar en tulum. El rooftop y el restaurante Saza estuvieron espectaculares. Volvería sin pensarlo.

Le cadre de l’hôtel est beau mais pour la vue ce sont les immeubles de Tulum pueblo, rien d’inoubliable. Je demande un cheesecake; il n’y en plus…. on est 3 clients à ce moment-là ! On commande 2 cocktails, notés chacun 285 dollars mexicains mais au final quand on paye en carte bleue on a eu la surprise d’etre sur facturé de 85 pesos supplémentaires…. Allons savoir pourquoi…. 15€ le verre pour un cocktail avec un vague goût de passion et un autre de sangria rouge 🧐🫣🫣🫣 on n’est quand même pas sur les toits de Paris ou de Cannes…. En plus même pas une paille !!! Bref c’est totalement surfait et mérite un large détour ! On en sort avec l’arrière-goût d’avoir été plumé…
