A FUIR ABSOLUMENT , nous avons réservé 3 nuits par Booking au vu de photos absolument magnifiques. Quand nous sommes arrivés (rue qui ressemble à un bidonville) accueillis par une jeune fille qui n' a JAMAIS fait un effort pour nous expliquer l endroit, elle nous demande directe une caution?! * Elle nous indique notre chambre, sans nous accompagner...tu m etonnes, au vu de la chambre... Horrible...quasi pas de lumière, alors que nous sommes en plein jour. * Porte...plutôt rideau qui ne ferme pas, coffre qui ne ferme pas... * Et je ne parle pas des insectes, lézards, souris, qui peuplent également l endroit, très sale. * Nous avons demandé le remboursement - ils n ont rien voulu entendre...sous prétexte que tout est noté sur Booking. Sincèrement, si je peux un conseil : N Y ALLEZ PAS!!!! Au delà du mauvais accueil, c est une question d'hygiène.... Et les photos sur Booking...UNE ARNAQUE...

Hôtel très agréable, avec un belle chambre spacieuse, bien décoré. un service soigné et un petit déjeuner préparé minute avec des produits frais.très agréable. Cadre reposant et au calme, tout en bénéficiant du centre ville de tulum a 800m, facile d accès a pied. Je vous recommande un court ou plus long séjour.

Très bel hôtel, intimiste propice au repos et à la détente! Les chambres sont spacieuses et décorées avec beaucoup de goût ! Une mention très spéciale à Alfonso à la réception, dont la gentillesse est sans pareille ; de plus il est de très bon conseil , à l'écoute et hyper bienveillant !

Pasamos dos noches. La habitación impecable con todo tipo de detalles y muy espacios. De hecho nos gustó tanto que ampliamos la estancia una noche más. El personal sumamente amable. Muy tranquilo. Lo recomiendo 100%

My husband and I stayed at Zenses Wellness & Yoga Resort for four nights, but I honestly wanted to leave within the first hour. While the photos and description promised a peaceful jungle retreat, what we experienced felt more like being stuck in a poorly maintained cave in the jungle. Let me start with the positives: the two male receptionists were genuinely kind and tried their best to help us with the issues we raised. Specially Emmanuel , he was truly the best! Unfortunately, there was very little they could do to improve our stay. Our room, referred to as a “villa” or “cabaña”, was extremely dark, poorly ventilated, and only one window leading to main street with noise coming through from cars etc. We were immediately swarmed with aggressive mosquitoes the moment we stepped inside the room (apparently the cleaners leave the sliding door open when they clean not caring about the mosquitos entering the room). We couldn’t use the TV because it didn’t work, and the internet in the room was non-existent, which made things even more frustrating.The second day at least they tried to fix it and third day it was working but not that great. The pool was another letdown. The water looked green and uninviting, with very little maintenance and no available seating due to overcrowding, despite the resort’s small size. We only attempted to visit once during our entire stay. As for the room, towels and shower mats were visibly overused and we only got the room cleaned once as we felt unsafe leaving our belonging there (due to review saying they steal your clothes etc.) and also I didn't want the cleaners to leave the door open because of mosquitos! Yoga was one redeeming activity—free and quite relaxing—but even the yoga area upstairs was noticeably dirty, like the floor hadn't been cleaned in a long time. Breakfast was overpriced, so we skipped it altogether. Overall, this was not the wellness experience we were hoping for. It's hard to understand the hype around this place or Tulum in general, which felt overcrowded and over-marketed. Unfortunately, this stay was neither worth our time nor money, and we left feeling deeply disappointed.

We really enjoyed our stay. The service was great and the staff was very helpful when it came to recommendations. There was one staff member, Jose, that truly made our whole experience. He was quick to help and communicated great. We were traveling for a birthday and he helped make the room special with balloons and a cake. We loved our breakfast (I recommend the egg scramble) as well at the morning yoga. Our instructor was Paola. She was great at modifying moves for me since I am pregnant. My only complaint was that the hot water for showers was very limited and our AC leaked making the room smell slightly like mildew. Over all it was located close enough to walk to town or bike/scooter to the beach. We would definitely come back.
