圖蘭海灘飯店

The beach tulum es un lugar espectacular, esta vez nos hospedamos ahí, siempre lo hacíamos en cabañas tulum que está al lado y son hoteles hermanos ( que también es muy bueno). No nos arrepentimos . Las habitaciones todas dan al mar, recomiendo las de abajo donde solo abres la puerta de vidrio y estás en la arena donde hay camastros reservados para cada habitación . Con su jacuzzi privado a 20 pasos del mar y en el baño una tina gigante para terminar el día . El personal súper amable, en especial en recepción Jessi y Nancy quienes estuvieron pendientes de nosotros todo el tiempo y con solo enviar un whastaap nos resolvían todo .. desde pedir tragos a la playa hasta hacer las reservas de restaurantes para cenar . Los meseros, personal d aseo y vigilantes súper amables , todo con trato personalizado, nos hicieron sentir verdaderamente especiales Regresaría cada vez que pueda a este paraíso de paz . Ah se me olvidaba sus dos restaurantes: Al fresco y zyggys son exquisitos para tomar el desayuno que viene incluido. Si quieres estar en medio de todo pero aislado en tu propio paraíso privado . Este es el lugar ! Recomendación escojan restaurantes pequeños para ir a cenar con alta cocina como margaritas, mezzanine o the kitchen table y aléjense de los bares restaurantes que todos les recomendaran, esos son todos de la misma cadena y es más para ir de fiesta que para cenar rico .

Ce n’est pas tant l’hôtel qui justifie cette note même s’il aurait probablement besoin d’une petite rénovation mais le site. L’hôtel essaie de préserver un certain calme mais il est entouré de beach clubs très bruyants dont un pas loin qui utilise des mega bass qui pollue le calme de la plage. Par ailleurs l’eau des douches dans les chambres est extrêmement chlorée et c’est extrêmement désagréable ( un investissement pour y remédier me semble indispensable, se baigner dans la mer pour se retrouver le soir parfumé au chlore n’a aucun sens). Sinon personnel charmant et bon petit déjeuner.

Estuve con mi esposa y quisimos pasar unos dias hermosos pero desafortunadamente la falta de un buen servicio y atencion dejo mucho que desear. Esperábamos estar mas cómodos y que en nuestra habitacion estuviera impecable pero no fue asi.

Estuvimos unos días los cuales estuvieron bien a la llegada pero la falta de atención de limpieza nos disgusto pero tratamos de no hacer caso. El servicio en general es bueno pero hace falta atención.

Es un hotel excelente, dentro te hacen sentir como si estuvieras en tu propio hogar, el personal amable, las habitaciones amplias y cómodas y la temperatura adecuada. Ampliamente recomendado en tu próxima visita.

Los precios son justos, el personal muy atento, las vistas más que privilegiadas y las habitaciones bastante agradables. Las piscinas limpias, seguras y adecuadas para todos. La comida deliciosa y en su punto.

Very happy with the hotel and the beach front room . The staff are super friendly and the service was fantastic. Very chilled relaxed vibe and a nice retreat away from the throbbing music every where else. You just have to make sure when you go the seaweed doesn’t ruin your trip as it smells foul and at times the entire beach is covered despite then raking it infront of hotel.

This is it. This is the dream vacation spot. The Beach Tulum has it all! Breathtaking tropical beauty, immaculate earthy zen-style rooms and property grounds, delicious food, and a team of the warmest, most delightful people running the show with LOVE!! Upon arrival, we were introduced to Freddy at the concierge and he was our "go-to" guy for all the many special surprises and excursions on this trip. No request too big or small, he always got our vibe and nailed it with the coolest things for us to see or do in town! Trust his advice, he won't steer you wrong! At Freddy's recommendation, we checked out the Living Dreams excursions they offer. Do not miss this. Go for it. And request Paco to be your guide!! We did the Subterranean Cenote tour on our second vacation day. If you enjoy history, spirituality, and mysterious caves, this tour is for you! We had such an incredible experience that we just had to go back for another adventure with him the following day. Paco took us on the Mayan Jungle Expedition and it is a phenomenal way to enjoy the natural landscape, which is unlike anything you'll see anywhere else, as well as have an amazing homecooked lunch in a Mayan village. Memories for a lifetime!! Now back to the hotel...If you're lucky, you'll get a seat at the inner hotel bar with Santos! This man will take you on a tequila journey you'll never forget...er, well some of it you might, depending on how far you travel, lol! His warmth and humor are contagious, and whether it was at the bar or arriving at our room with delicious food from Ziggy's, Santos always put us in a great mood! Ask for the chilcuague tequila for something really out of this world! After a restful night of sleep in our plush king-size bed, we awoke to the view of the rising sun glittering on the ocean waves. This never, ever gets old. Use the blackout curtains if you'd like to sleep in, but we never wanted to miss a moment! The view outside of our room was a snapshot of paradise with coconut trees, sea turtle tracks in the sand, and prime people watching in the distance. When you are ready to venture out, your own cabana bed is always ready and waiting for you on the beach. Since living the dream demands fuel, we were totally spoiled by room service and made our way through the Ziggy's menu from top to bottom, lol. The lovely and graceful Ana frequently brought us breakfast and extra sunshine to start our day! I'm convinced she transforms back into a mermaid at the end of her shift. Every single time she arrived, Ana was always so excited to hear our daily plans, and through our conversations we learned more about Tulum and the local vibe. She also gave us several recommendations for the spa, which I'm happy to say we indulged in! Do yourself a favor and check out the Naj Naay Spa while you're there.
