Incredible stay, we loved it. The apartment was huge and very clean, and the people working there are super nice and available at all times. The hotel has incredible amenities and in a quiiet area. Thanks for the wonderful time

Nos hemos hospedado mi familia y yo en 3 ocasiones y el servicio excelente, muy limpias las estancias y habitaciones, el gerente y todas las personas que nos atendieron muy amables en cada momento, en la noche efectivamente no se quedaba nadie en recepción pero eso no quería decir que no había nadie a cargo , es por eso que tuvimos confianza de reservar por el precio se me hizo justo el servicio y muy tranquilo, nunca tuvimos inconvenientes de nada, volveré a hospedarme pronto!!

Excelente atención , servicio , las instalaciones limpias, nuevas , cómodas y agradables para pasar en familia o con amigos . Fabian de recepción siempre atento y cordial en toda nuestra instancia . Nuestra segunda vez visitándolos y nos volvemos a ir con ganas de regresar 🥰

cumplió mis expectativas, es un hotel muy cómodo, a buen precio, está ubicado en un punto medio de Tulum, de fácil acceso, tiene todos los servicios, lo recomiendo ampliamente, las habitaciones están cómodas.

A beautiful location, amazing and helpful staff (Diego, Brenda and Edgar were great!) and spacious apartment. The kitchen is great for most meals and the room is spacious. Rooftop pool area is very beautiful and great for relaxing with a coffee or drink in the evening. The wifi works well enough. We had a terrace to ourselves on the ground floor and it was spacious and great for morning coffee. The Aldea Zama neighborhood is still under development but it has many great restaurants and amenities in walking distance of Azul including several small markets for basic groceries. There's also a free local cenote in the area that we dropped into a few times, its less than 5 mins walk from Azul. Free bike and scooter rental on site made it easy to get around and get to the beach which is about 20-30 minute bike ride away depending on where you're going. You can reach the Avenida Tulum in about 20-25 minute walk but it's an easy bike ride at 10-15 minutes. Expect some dirt roads though. We arrived late and staff were kind enough to accommodate us. Can't thank them enough as they were very kind and extremely helpful.

Weird location, a lot of buildings in construction around ours with work starting at 8am. The room was ok clean but we found hair in the bathroom. The pool is way smaller than the photo make you believe (jaccuzzi size) and is not heated! It’s close-ish to the beach but not really, you’ll need to drive to access the main beach. And it’s 20min walk to the main street thru backstreets or 8min drive. Good thing was the price and we needed 3 bedrooms which was not easy to find. Pro: Rooms were large and staff was really nice. A few nice bars and upscale restaurants arouns. I think the area will be nice when all the hotels/resorts/restaurants construction are done
