這個地方很漂亮而且服務無可挑剔！對於喜歡白天海灘和夜生活的人來說，這裡是完美的位置。房間裡有空調很棒，因為圖盧姆變得非常炎熱和潮濕。真是到處都是好地方！

Me encantó el hotel, las habitaciones son únicas, el acceso a ellas es muy diferente a hoteles convencionales, es una propia entrada para cada habitación, tiene su propia terraza y cada mañana te llevan café y pan, las habitaciones son realmente cómodas, conservan ese aspecto rústico pero sin dejar de ser moderno, tiene aire acondicionado y si no quieres el aire tiene un ventilador arriba de la cama, el baño es muy bonito también, sale agua caliente, tiene muchas luces, siempre te dejan garrafón con agua y un termo para que lo uses mientras te encuentras ahí, te dejan una bolsa de playa, realmente tiene muchos detalles que nunca había visto en algún otro hotel. Te respetan mucho como huésped, porque a pesar de haber Beach club, en el momento que tú llegas tienen varias camas reservadas en la playa para los huéspedes. Todo me encantó pero le doy 4 estrellas ya que a pesar de que el servicio es bueno, los costos del restaurante la verdad es que si son muy elevados, y si sentí una ligera diferencia entre el trato a los extranjeros y a los huéspedes mexicanos. De ahí en fuera, todo me encantó; la ubicación, la vista, la playa, el personal, las habitaciones.

The pictures and website make it seem like this is a quiet beach paradise when it is the opposite. The hotel is located in the middle of FOUR beach clubs/night clubs with music blasting from the early afternoon hours until 4:30, 5 AM. The hotel was transparent with us and did send us a message after we booked informing us about the noise and allowing us to cancel our reservation if we wanted. Being from New York, we are used to noise and even packed our own earplugs and noise canceller. But “noisy” in the email was really sugar-coating the truth because the truth is that our room actually SHOOK from the bass of these clubs until 4:30, 5 AM. Noisy we could deal with, a shaking bed we could not. If the hotel had disclosed just how bad it would be at the time of booking instead of making it seem not too terrible, we would have upgraded our room to be further away in a better location on the property, but by the time we realized it was too late after our first night of trying to sleep and the property had no other available rooms. And then just when we had gotten to bed at 5 AM, construction of some sort would start on the wall opposite our room at 8 AM. There are also vendors bothering you nonstop on the beach all day when you go there to try to relax. The rooms are very beautifully done and the staff does a great job cleaning them and keeping the beach clean of seaweed. I would just not book unless you plan to be out until 4 AM every night.

I think the property is lovely. The first room I had though was close to the road and the noise from the restaurants and clubs was awful. The downfall of this property is that is is right in the middle of the night life and you can hear the music until the late hours of the night. The staff were ok but not exceptional. They make their property available to the locals which at first I thought was lovely but then realized it lessoned the exclusivity of the property. It was jam packed not so much with locals but tourists who wanted to hang out at a nice property. The food was very high priced for what you got and the drinks were way too expensive. There was no breakfast included which I found a shame for the high cost of the rooms. If you wanted a good cup of coffee to had to pay for a latte. I had hoped for my of a zen experience similar to the nomad, but there wasn't much offered. I would have loved to see more local artists perform rather than a D.J

Nothing was available to eat till after 8 AM. There was no coffee machine in the room. There was no bar fridge to keep anything cold. There was one small area to eat. There was a very small pool, but the bar was seldom open the floors in the room and the bathroom were extremely slippery when wet, and with the high humidity, they seem damp most of the time. Just a couple of things about Tulum. It’s extremely windy. It feels like there’s a constant windstorm day and night. The beach is beautiful but the wind is relentless. We had booked it for a month and we’re so unhappy , we tried to move out however there’s no refunds so we ended up walking away from over $10,000 and ended up giving it to my brother to visit. The staff was most accommodating and very friendly and helped out as much as they possibly could but they just didn’t have , what it takes to make this into a three star
