Sehr schöne und ruhige Anlage mit Apartments, wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Pool-Zugang, war klasse. Die Lage ist toll, zu Fuß kommt man zum Supermarkt, mit dem Fahrrad zum Strand. Auch der Pool war super. Das Bett war sehr bequem, wir haben sehr gut geschlafen.

Excelente atención por parte de Karla Martínez inclusive un día que perdí el código de acceso en la pm ella respondió al celular y pude entrar debido a su pronta atención . Las instalaciones excelentes , la habitación contaba con dos camas matrimonial , baño regadera con agua caliente y un frigobar, así como con toallas limpias para bañarte y para ir a la alberca. Hubiera estado cool si ambos lados de la alberca hubieran estado llenas sin embargo no entorpeció para nada nuestra estancia .

Hermoso departamentos en Tulum Zona tranquila, segura bellas instalaciones con doble Piscina Excelente atención de Antonio y Karla que nos apoyaron en todo y nos hicieron sentir como en casa durante nuestra estancia. Gracias Nhoa Tulum 🫶

E vente lugar para descansar lleno de naturaleza y tranquilidad el departamento muy cómodo todo en excelente estado tiene alberca muy tranquilo el lugar hay tiendas de conveniencia cerca está cerca de la playa en auto sin duda volvería…..

We had a lovely stay at NHOA aparthotel in February. If you book through *******, please note you’ll need to reach out directly to NHOA as ******* does not share guest contacts and the check in process is remote. Once you are in touch directly, Karla was very responsive and it’s very easy to get in and out. The area and the building are both gated with a security guard so it feels very safe. You’re also close to the main road with various resto and café options. Keep an eye out for the entrance as the sign outside is for the larger collection of buildings. The room itself is beautifully appointed and very new and clean, with a small patio (or balcony). The beds were comfy and extra beach towels were provided. My 8 year old enjoyed the pool a lot and the gym looked nice though we didn’t use it. It was generally very quiet but the jack and jill door between the units is not well sound proofed so we did hear some rather private noises from our neighbours! The other thing is that ******* advertises this as including breakfast which is not even an option! My advice is to book directly with the accommodations as this happened with numerous ******* bookings on our Mexico trip. I recommend a stay at NHOA!

El lugar esta bonito y tranquilo, pero el microhondas no tenia donde conectarse y de las albercas, una estaba en reparación y la otra no podia usarse porque estaba en remodelacion.
