很驚訝這家酒店沒有更多傑出的點評,位於一個華麗的當地街區,La Veleta,有可愛的獨立餐廳/酒吧和早午餐場所,打車到海灘是5/10分鐘,每程500mxn超值,早餐很好吃,是素食餐廳,所以要記住;但超越肉漢堡是治療宿醉的絕佳。步行距離內有足夠的餐廳。游泳池簡直令人驚歎。曬太陽。工作人員好友好。小吃店很棒。10/10對於什麼是一個非常超值的酒店。

我剛從圖盧姆度假回來。在閱讀了一些評論後，我有點擔心我們在科雷的住宿。。。我沒有什麼可擔心的！！！！！！我愛心！！！該地區沒有太多可供選擇的選擇，我很高興選擇了Kore。酒店很漂亮，場地維護得很好，房間很大！這是我有史以來的第一次全包體驗，我感到非常滿意。儘管晚餐只提供3種菜單，但我們並不覺得這很無聊。早餐是最好的（向男士煎蛋大喊大叫？），菜單午餐或自助餐也非常可口。員工工作非常非常努力，總是面帶微笑。特別要提到露西亞（Lucia）和諾米（Noemi），偉大的女孩！！！我們喜歡這樣的事實，它到處都是，只要騎自行車。我希望我們會和更多朋友一起回來！感謝您度過一個愉快的假期？

很好

訪訪客La Zebra的員工非常Friendly，從前台Carlos跟我們聊當地遊玩攻略到餐廳員工Miguel和Celso帶我們做鮮榨Suger Cane，每個人都麪帶微笑服務周到細緻。房間裏的上下床超級舒服，非常建議帶娃的家庭，這裡是我睡的最好的一晚。沙灘有小孩玩的MiniPlayground, 餐廳樓上有board game room, 最最驚喜的是夜晚的繁星pei美呆了！一定還會再回來多住些日子！

訪訪客用戶Our wife and I have now stayed at KASA Hotel K'uyen TWICE within a calendar year! Truly an amazing choice for adult-only private suite-style rooms. Lots of room options to choose from. The inner courtyard is beautiful and quiet. Breakfast downstairs is delicious and the restaurant on the rooftop offers fantastic evening/night views. Also delicious and very convenient if you just want to stay in a night. Location is perfectly placed between downtown Tulum and the beach zone. I recommend getting a moped/scooter as it is the best way to get around locally. Otherwise you need a taxi (expensive) or find the cheaper public collectivos to get around. The hotel does have a few normal bikes to rent but be prepared for a 20ish minute ride to downtown or the beach zone. Tons of restaurants, markets, and stores in walking distance in the new Aldea Zama district (lot of continuing construction - can't wait to see it in a few years). We will definitely be back again!! Shout out to the front desk (Guillermo is amazing) to help you with planning needs and all the waiting/housekeeping staff (thanks Salvadore) are super nice. Very safe, walkable, and with tons of options around you. Can't beat the price so book now!

訪訪客A+++ Family Vacation (2 Adults, 3 Kids – 4, 5 and 7). You should not hesitate to book this super lux spot for your next vacation. We chose Conrad Tulum because it was on the CN Traveler best places to go. It did not disappoint. No way for the resort to be any more lux/beautiful or service to be better. Pictures are real and in some cases don’t do the place enough justice. Place is brand new. Further, the “kids club” was critical to our vacation. Shamara, Sehem, Ivette and Ruth all jointly run the kids club. It is a mix of indoor and outdoor activities from 945am-5pm (lunch with parents at Noon). Making pinatas, painting, reading, traditional Mexican art/crafts alongside pool (there is a specific pool about 2.5 feet-3 feet deep which is great for young children), beach, watersport, treasure hunts around the resort, etc. This is a very curated program for kids, exceptional in every aspect and also customizable based on what the kids may want to do. My kids are begging to return. Thank you to the staff at the kids club! Some other outstanding parts of the resort include morning wellness activities on the beach (Rafael is wellness coach speak to him on arrival for schedule/info) and the breakfast restaurant which has countless stations servicing traditional Mexican food cooked to order in front of you by chefs as well as a plethora of recognizable American breakfast items. It is a showstopper. Rivals the best breakfasts at the worlds finest hotels. Other restaurants on site (pan Asian, Japanese, Mexican, etc) are all superb. Guacamole, coconuts, champagne, wines all delivered poolside, beachside, etc. All the fine service you would expect. Some suggestions for the future as the hotel is brand new. Fix (or get a new) ATM that dispenses Mexican Peso so Americans can tip your exceptional staff in pesos without paying a silly exchange rate at the front desk. For the watersports company on the beach they need high end equipment to match the character of the hotel. For example, snorkel equipment must be the “dry” snorkels and they should have goggle defogger on site and used prior to each swim – price should be raised to accommodate this. Oscar is the local snorkel guide and he is REALLY GOOD. There is a massive set of coral reefs with tons of fish (some as big as sharks) outside the hotel but accessible only with the best equipment. (bring your own better yet!). Childrens food at the hotel/poolside could improve so that the kids have healthy and LOCAL choices (fruit/veg as sides, fun kid local fruit drink, less of the burger/chicken stuff that is on every menu in the USA). Guacamole ice cream cones (made from tortilla chips, delivered as fun snacks for free every day which the kids loved) were amazing and that should be on the menu! Finally, there are some comments about sea****. They have huge crews that come clean it up every morning (done by about 9/10am). Its not a nuisance. 訪訪客The hotel was beautiful, the rooms were stunning with amazing views. The staff were lovely, especially Frida who was incredibly helpful. I felt like I was in a movie with how stunning our room was - we had an ocean view with a balcony pool and access path to the beach / beach club. The bed was very comfortable and the double shower was really good. I loved that the hotel had a small gym, equiped with modern facilities. The hotel also has so many lovely small touches like welcome cocktails, good night desserts, “good morning” messages in the sand outside your room and fresh fruit ice blocks provided at the beach club. I feel there needs to be more transparency with the service charge on the bills - I didn’t realised until a few days into our stay that there was a further section to the bills we were signing that was covered by the booklet they present you with. The bill should be shown in full, or the total placed above where you sign. Whilst the staff were lovely, we often had items missing from our breakfast each morning. The breakfast is also quite small with 1 x serving of yogurt between two. It would be great if the pool could be cleaned during the stay, or some jets put into the pools to move the water around and into the filter. At current the water is stagnant and doesn’t get filtered and a lot of things fly into the pool from the garden. Whist this seems small, when you are paying the price you are for the hotel, these small things should be addressed.

訪訪客My fiancé and I came to visit the Mexican Riviera with stops in Cancun, Playa del Carmen, and Tulum and I must say this was by far the best of the 4 hotels that we have stayed so far and the others were all very nice, upscale resorts. This place is like a hidden paradise in the jungle of Tulum and is very close to both the beach and the downtown areas. The pool here is so beautiful and relaxing and they even host a daily social hour with free cocktails and snacks. They also provide free bicycles to use to take to the beach or wherever you want to go. The rooms are also very gorgeous and accommodating with everything you might need. And I have to say that Jesus at the main bar was excellent and provided very great to us all week while we were here. Next time we come to the Riviera we will skip Cancun and Playa to head straight here to the Aluna. Thank you all for a great stay. We will be back.

訪訪客新奧爾迪亞扎馬社區內非常別緻、新而現代的酒店,這是熱帶和城市交匯的現代混合體。首先,酒店位於圖盧姆的新區,“重型”正在建設中。如果你能看到通過施工,你就會沒事,如果施工讓你感到困擾,你就別去。如果你在尋找海灘通道,就別去。海灘大約10分鐘(出租車),35分鐘的自行車,或者步行一小時。說到自行車,酒店有自行車可以免費使用,這是一個不錯的額外津貼。酒店泳池和景色簡直太棒了!酒店屋頂餐廳食物很好(在那裏吃了兩次)。房間寬敞,新。我和我的第一間房間有問題,但他們在來回走動之後把我搬到了另一間房間!這是我的生日,他們用生日快樂的橫幅和毛巾蛋糕(超級可愛和周到)歡迎我(在房間裏)。步行距離內大約有兩把餐館,一個寵物市場,一個新鮮市場和藥店,他們每天都換毛巾,每天鋪牀,但是沒有換牀單,儘管他們要求。房間總是聞起來很好,工作人員都很棒,樂於助人和甜蜜!如果您在較新的區域尋找高檔氛圍,這就是您想成爲的地方。

訪訪客Super sad about this experience, we choose this hotel accordong to the reviews but during our stay we totally don’t get why people recommend this hotel. The staff probably doesn’t know what hospitality means. Our room was dirty when we arrived, the pool is full of leaves all the time, the bed is very uncomfortable and the pillows - it feels like they are full of clothes, like jeans or jackets - not any of pillow material :) :) :) The first night there was a party near the hotel and the music was extremely loud, so we couldn’t sleep, next morning at the front desk they said “what music? There is no music, we didn’t hear it”. We left tips for the houskeeper for celaning, but when we got back to the hotel - the tips were taken, and the trash bin was left full, the sink was dirty and our wet towells were taken from the floor and put back on the shelf :) :) i know it, because I used it before I left, it was wet in the same place and taken from the floor (front desk told us to leave them on the floor if we want to get our towells changed) :) day after - we left our hotel at 8:30, get back - 3:30 no evidence that houskeeping was in our room. Ow, and I didn’t hear “sorry for that” once, front desk manager seems polite but doesn’t help with anything. If you want a pool towel you can only get one a day, and some of them are ripped and discoloured :) So this hotel is totally not worth the price or the reviews that it has. I stayed in Tulum for the same price in another hotel and got amazing experience. So be aware before spending your money ! :)

訪訪客I stayed in Hotel Blanco Tulum for my bithday and I had an amazing time!! Hotel was clean, the room had AC and was right the way I wanted it. The staff was really nice and accomodating. They made a very nice surprise for me on my day and they added a very personal touch. The bartender, Lucas, made very good drinks ant the pool was very relaxing. As a solo woman traveler I felt safe and it's a very important aspect of my trip. I struggled a little with communicating with the staff since I am not fluent in spanish.
