Very nice friendly staff very clean facility and enjoyed myself very much

Receptionist was super nice and even got us a top floor river view! Our heat went out during these freezing temps and the lady was so sweet and wanted our son to have a good experience. Greatly appreciate the extra care and level of service to my family. We won’t forget it!

This resort is beautiful and the staff is very friendly and attentive! The rooms are oversized and very comfortable and we had a nice view of the Arkansas River. All the restaurants had great food and good service. Very clean and we will be back!

Loved the Margaritaville theming! Lots of live music happening while we were there. Lots of food and drink options! We will definitely be back! The room was clean, modern, comfy, and beautiful!

The property is huge! And everything was kept very clean. I was not aware that valet parking is included in the stay, and I would recommend using it. They do have a self park parking garage, but it is a two way, so you have people coming in and out with big trucks sticking out and people walking it was difficult to maneuver. Over all one of the better places I have stayed. Also if you want to eat at the Ruth Crist steakhouse make a reservation vs just walking in.

I didn't like Margaritaville was closed off for a convention and couldn't even do takeout. That is actually the 2nd time I've been there and haven't been able to eat. Maybe it could be moved to a convention room. Just a thought. I did love the rooms and staff was great!

This hotel was soooo nice, the customer services was nice, and the room was nice. They have so many other store inside the ****** it just a nice place to come either with your spouse or with family or whatever. I would suggest this place everytime. Will be back in two months, Just an awesome place to stay.

This hotel was phenomenal! Rooms are updated and clean, plenty of dinning options on property as well as two ******s attached!

Very nice property. Clean and modern looking. Service could have been better. Seemed to mostly cater to ****** patrons. I was there to attend a formal event and the reception desk didn't have any information about it. I had to find the ballroom myself. Also, the event started at 5pm and they couldn't accommodate a check-in earlier than 4pm, which is inconvenient for travelers.
