Left too early for food. Coffee wasn’t ready but took a couple of muffins. Very small dining area right in front of reception. Only white bread available. No fruit.

I waited about 15 minutes in the lobby to check in. Rang the bell multiple times, called the hotel and didn't get an answer. Someone called me back a few minutes later and said she'd be right there and i waited another 5 minutes before she came in from outside. There were 2 other people in line behind me waiting to check in by that time. The first room was full of bugs. The second room had less bugs and a dirty pillow case. I left and went to another hotel. I understand they are renovating, so the old building and decor didn't bother me. But that doesn't account for no staff in the building for chunks of time or lack of cleanliness.

Old in need of major repairs. Place smelled bad. Water leak in the main hallway. Another customer was complaining about bedbugs.

Heater did not work, sink would not drain, They could not print me a receipt for the room

Horrible property. No central heat in the room. Front desk gave us a small space heater. Room on first floor with broken window frame and unabble to lock window. Back security door broken and couldnt lock hotel properly. Old and run down. Broken down room chairs discarded on the property. Very uncomfortable overall.

Great staff, great food and ample parking space. I had my big RV and was Travelling cross country. This motel was a great place to rest and continue my journey. The Rooms have every amenity needed for my convenience.

Just a warm and friendly welcome, coupled with the proximity and convenient location on Famous Route 66 a short distance off Interstate 40.

Great place to stay if you like a big well balanced breakfast. Great place to stay if you like a warm friendly a**osphere including nice staffing that welcomes you complete with holiday decorations in the lobby. I would definitely stay there again as I travel along US Route 66 on my way to the East Coast or heading back to the West Coast. Easy to locate off Interstate 40 too. Clean and very affordable for our budget. Thank you for making our trip pleasurable and hassle free. Happy Holidays!!

Everything went as expected. Got in after midnight and the check in guy came swiftly after the cute bell ring. Checked in the dogs for $15 each and room was clean. Breakfast was basic as expected, took a biscuit but waffles looked good.
