喜歡房間和熱水浴缸。早餐也很棒。

Die Unterkunft ist wie ein kleines mexikanisches Dorf . Alles ist ist im südwestlichen Stil angelegt. Sehr schön! Der Service ist freundlich. Besonderes hervorzuheben ist das Frühstück. Es gibt leckeres frisches Obst, Eierspeisen usw..Einfach klasse! Der einzige Nachteil bei unserem diesmaligen Aufenthalt war unser Zimmer (Nr. 168). Das Zimmer ist ausgesprochen groß, aber es liegt nah an der Hauptstraße. Nachts ist es daher nicht besonders laut. Auch war es ein wenig dunkel im Zimmer. Es gab nur ein kleines Fenster. Auch könnte der Teppich im Zimmer einmal gereinigt werden. Abgesehen vom Zimmer kann die Unterkunft aber uneingeschränkt weiterempfohlen werden. Wenn wir nocheinmal Tucson besuchen, werden wir wieder hier übernachten, aber darauf achten, dass wir ein besseres Zimmer bekommen.

The rm I selected online, different than the rm we were given,older,more rundown,floor between the beds by nightstand was full of stains.We had 2 queen beds since I was going to be up all night after drinking solution to prep for a med procedure next morning. We were up at 6:00 & as my husband sat up he felt something on his wrist. It was a bug! He swatted it off & then he noticed blood spots on the sheet. We pulled the covers back & 3 more bugs crawling about. We freaked out! I took pictures & we collected the bugs in a plastic baggie.We pulled the sheets back & the mattress it was yellow & stained tried calling front desk from room, phone did not work. I tried calling with our cell, no one would answer! We got ready,walked to front desk & asked to talk to the manager, the desk clerk said she was only one there & asked what it was about. We told her what we found, she had the maintenance supervisor go with us back to the room, we showed him the bugs,blood,he pulled the bedback,he saw something, because he said he was bringing us plastic bags to put our stuff in & he would put any clothes we had been wearing in their dryers on high heat, that it would kill any bugs.They moved us to another rm (nice)where we could wait till time to leave. At front desk,still no manager came to talk to us, we were told we would be contacted soon by corporate office.Never contacted us No apologies or reimbursement for our trouble!

The hotel is close to shopping, food, etc. it’s also very quiet and safe, a good place to get some rest and sleep after being out and about. Thr beds are super comfy and the fireplace is just amazing during the cold nights. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Thr gym could use a little upgrade, however still a good workout

The room was smaller than I expected. I know it was a king bed, but choosing from the Lodge on the Desert site, showed a Kiva and couch. Also, the air conditioning was so loud that it woke me up in the middle of the night. It sounded like a plane landing! I was greeted upon arrival by an exuberant young person I forget her name but she was very helpful when I asked about dining. She first told me about the restaurant on the property and I had asked about Mexican and she referred one downtown. We had drinks at the bar and Wes was very nice and professional. The room was comfortable albeit very loud when the air conditioning came on.

This hotel always has my vote of a wonderful place to stay. The rooms are clean and well decorated and very comfortable. Some have small patios with chairs outside. The landscaping is really pretty and who can argue with a free breakfast? All hotel staff always have a smile and are very courteous. Always enjoy my stay.

The staff was super friendly & knowledgeable about local restaurants & the hotels storied history. Lots of famous people including John Wayne were regulars we found out. Oh, and the free breakfast buffet isn’t bad either. Room was large and very spacious. The bathroom even had two sinks and a huge walk in shower. Well worth the price and more

This hotel was a very nice surprise. We were not expecting such a beautiful and comfortable place to spend a night in Tucson for the price we paid. The hotel is very nice with a beautiful desert environment, and the room was big, comfortable, with a very nice bathroom. We'll definitely go back and stay longer.

I typically like staying at this property when I come to Tucson. Check-in process went well and front desk attendant was very friendly. I realized pretty early on that my neighbors were playing their TV extremely loudly. I waited until 10 PM to ask the front desk if they might ask them to turn it down. They assured me they would, but there was no change. I used earplugs and attempted to sleep, but continued to hear through the wall through the night. As of 5 AM, it continues. Unfortunately, it was a pretty restless night.
