I booked this room with a company credit card for a team member. I called the hotel to request a credit card authorization form which is standard practice when the employee traveling will not have the company card used to book the room. The service rep indicated the hotel did not use this form and the guest would be required to have the credit card with them. I requested to cancel and a refund. The refund was not granted even though I canceled within minutes of making the reservation.

Fueron muy amables, ya que debido al tiempo de espera para cruzar el país nos retrasamos mas del tiempo que tienen para llegada, solo se realizo una llamada telefónica y amablemente nos dieron opción de esperarnos a nuestra llegada y no perder nuestra reservación. El hotel muy bien, tranquilo, limpio y cómodo y funciono para nuestras necesidades.

The first room we got smelled pretty bad. We transferred into another room, and it was still bad. Kind of like a musty/mouldy smell. There is a pool on the ground level and so were the rooms. There is tile and carpet in the rooms so I figure there is a lot of water being brought into the room after being in the pool. Over the months/years the smell must have started this way. I got an allergic reaction to the odour and couldn't breathe very well so we left and got a full refund. The staff are great and were very helpful!

Sobrepasó mis expectativas, excelente relación precio / beneficio. Habitación muy limpia, amplia y la cama muy cómoda. Definitivamente nos volveremos a hospedar ahí.

I liked the quality of the room. The entire suit6had only 1 trash can under the kitchen sink 😠 The room they gave was 314. It is located on the 3rd floor overlooking the very center of the south facing walls above the main entrance. YOU WILL HEAR THE TRAFFIC ALL NIGHT LONG. IT IS IMPOSSIBLE TO SLEEP WITH THE LOUD TRAFFIC. Do NOT stay in room 314.

We were slightly skeptical of booking here as we had not heard of the "Brand" before. It sounded like a hotel for college students. Boy, were we wrong! This has been probably the best hotel we have stayed in before. It was amazing! The place was IMMACULATE from the parking lot, through the lobby and into the suite. EVERYTHING was spotless, and smelled wonderful. There was an extremely high level of attention to detail. The bed linen was clean, towels were of a great quality. There is not much they could improve upon, except maybe quieter A/C units!!! LoL. We went for 1 night and ended up staying for 3. Believe us, we did NOT want to leave. The cherry on the cake was the level of professionalism from the staff. They were extremely welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable. Amanda immediately comes to mind. She absolutely made us feel at home. Any time we are in the Tucson area, where we will stay is now a no-brainer. If you are debating on a hotel for the night, LOOK NO FURTHER - THIS IS THE PLACE. I don't know what else I can say except - THANK YOU!

You have the best accomodations in town. Your staff is outstanding and go above and beyond to help out if there's any problems. Rooms are clean and amenities are great. I should rate this lower so I can continue to get rooms before everyone finds out how good your hotel is.lol

This place is amazing!!! Maybe I shouldn’t be letting the secret out. Lol. It is like an oasis in the middle of a giant landfill. The property is beautiful. The staff is really friendly. So much room for activities. I took my youngest son (7) here while mom and his brothers were at a school field trip for just a fun little getaway. It blew my expectations out of the water. I’ve paid double this for roach infested drug den hotels. I will be bringing the whole family next time. I highly recommend.

I was very surprised when I walked around the hotel. Everywhere I looked, there were nice little touches. A life sized chess board, foosball table, pool table, little library of books, movies to borrow at the front desk, even a shuffleboard table. There were pool towels in the room already and a full sized fridge with an ice maker, microwave, dishwasher, 2 burner range with all the pots and pans you need to cook in your room. Amazing!

Estuvimos muy agusto, el personal super amable y las instalaciones en perfecto estado, todo muy limpio y super comodo. Definitivamente queremos volver.
