The room was clean and tidy. However we had difficulty closing the door and was told by the staff that we need to slam the door to close it.
There was also loud disturbing noises that sounds like someone pushing a trolley or luggage as early as 4am and happened almost every 15-30mins, which resulted in us unable to sleep well. Bad experience.

The hotel is a small step above Motel 6 but not enough to warrant the doubled price tag.
The good: The staff was friendly and welcoming; the room was spacious, quiet, and spotlessly clean; the location was convenient.
The bad: The door of our room (room 119) did not lock; the toilet was clogged; in the morning, there was no coffee in the lobby (and no staff around to let them know to refill it).

This is the first time we have stayed at My Place. The staff were friendly and efficient. The facility was VERY clean and quiet. Beds were very comfortable. We will look for another MyPlace when we travel again!

El hotel tiene reglas que se les olvida decirte, como: No hacen limpieza del cuarto hasta el 4 día, tu tienes que llevar tus tuallas si quieres limpias y cualquier cosa que quieras tienes que ir a recepción a pedirles

Excellent location. There is some retail, a Sprouts grocery store, and a Planet Fitness in addition to ten or more restaurants within walking distance. Staff was awesome, property is beautiful, rooms are fully equipped with a kitchenette. The Santa Cruz River walking/biking trail is right outside your door. All of this at a reasonable price. How could it not be a five star review!

Very easy place to stay. Lots of places to eat near by, quick freeway access and nice parking.
Rooms are very new but need a good dusting and mop of the corners of the room and night stands behind the lamps.

Although the property is in excellent condition, WARNING, the kitchenette has NO dishes, glasses, silverware, or pots and pans. This was not an oversight they are actually for sale in the lobby!

Very clean and easy to park at. Plus lots of food options within walking distance. The rates for the hotel are very reasonable especially for a kitchen.
