They must start working on their customer service. First day my room light was switched off when I ask about my food voucher. I asked them why only my room lights switch off? Lady, she said I don't know maybe its main switch. I asked her why only my room? then she switched back lights. next morning same thing happened, lights were switched off. its were I told her. management is disrespectful towards me in this B&B . Why its only me who have issues in this yard? Furthermore, they were worms in my room, on a wall and ceiling. I took pictures, I send to lady, and she did nothing. it was terrible experience for my life, for those four days I stays there.
