We had a great stay and will definitely return when on business in Pretoria. Rooms were great, we could make meals in a well equipped kitchen and was 10 min drive from work. Overall excellent

Nestled in a cosy gated secure community this charming thatched roof Lodge is very safe. The leafy garden is teeming with local birds. A great place to stay.

Lovely garden setting in a central location. It's the 3rd time we stayed there. Prefer the ground flour rooms. Not so into the African decor mixed with the French look .

We stayed 1 night at 202 Lawley; we had the main house with 2 bedrooms. Rooms are spacious and the interior design is very unique. The staff were friendly, and we enjoyed our stay. The Shower door was not working in our room, and the gas in the oven was low/empty. But other than that we enjoyed our stay.

Our room at Waterhouse was perfect in many ways. It was an 8 minute drive to the Embassy we needed to visit and to Brooklyn Mall where we ate and shopped. The gardens of the property are lush and exquisite and the rooms were perfect for work and pleasure.

They must start working on their customer service. First day my room light was switched off when I ask about my food voucher. I asked them why only my room lights switch off? Lady, she said I don't know maybe its main switch. I asked her why only my room? then she switched back lights. next morning same thing happened, lights were switched off. its were I told her. management is disrespectful towards me in this B&B . Why its only me who have issues in this yard? Furthermore, they were worms in my room, on a wall and ceiling. I took pictures, I send to lady, and she did nothing. it was terrible experience for my life, for those four days I stays there.

The management and staff always friendly and very helpful and make us feel very welcome we live in Nelspruit and my daughter in Cape Town my son in Pretoria and Waterhouse Guest Lodge is our preferred venue for our family gathering we enjoy it very much

Great place! Safe, quiet and central. Rosemary is a gem and soooo helpful! People above/next to me were noisy all night.
