This guest house is remarkable. Attention to small details makes your stay super comfy and luxurious. The rooms are beautiful and have everything you need and more. I thoroughly enjoyed the pool in the Pretoria heat. Breakfasts were fantastic and beautifully presented and delivered to your room. Annatjie and her team are friendly, helpful, run a tight ship and they go the extra mile. She even gave me a lift to the train station! Well done and thank you for a lovely stay. I’ll definitely be back when visiting Pretoria in future.

We often stay at Xaviera Guest House when visiting from the UK. The rooms are very comfortable, each one decorated with a personal touch. I am a wheelchair user and the staff are very friendly and helpful, making our stay as comfortable as possible. The guest house has a very nice covered braai area and a swimming pool and offers secure parking. The location is great with hospitals and shops close by. There are a lot of great places to visit in and around the area. We will definitely continue to stay at Xaviera Guest House when we're visiting and highly recommend it. Gawe mense en briljante diens. In a nice, quiet neighborhood, gives a comfortable start to guests to relax. Tea/Coffee station in the rooms, clean linens on the beds, air conditioning in the rooms. The swimming pool is a nice touch
