曼寧斯飯店(Mannings Hotel)

The place was clean. The staff was helpful and accomodating. From reception to restaurant. However, i can hear footsteps from the hallway beacause they have wooden floors although it has carpet.

Very well located right in the centre of Truro. Very polite and efficient staff. The most comfortable hotel bed I've slept in for years!

The room was ok, but it was really hot so we opened the window and the noise of the boiler was extremely loud. All through the night, we hardly slept. Also the last time for breakfast was 9am, whilst on holiday I want a later service. Couldn’t have it in the room, so we had to go out and pay for breakfast xxx

Hotel itself was very well appointed. Did not use bar or restaurant. Room and Bathroom were clean and big. Bed was comfy. Main issues, room door was next to bed large gap at bottom let hallway light in and the fire instructions were glow in the dark. This made room quite light at night. From about 6am the external ventilation on the flat roof outside bedroom window came on and a faint humming could be heard. Room 50 btw.

The location and room were great but if you are not mobile it would have been a struggle to get to the room as there is no lift. I was not aware until check out that there was a charge for parking (£6) nor that service charges would be added to the drinks bill! As for the breakfast it spoilt our stay somewhat. We were given a list of items we could have from the continental list and were then presented with them. I have not stayed in an hotel where you couldn’t see and choose your breakfast. Other than that our stay was good in the lovely small city of Truro.

Lovely hotel right in centre of truro. Staff very helpful. Met all our expectations. Will stay there again.

Stayed for just 1 night but wish it was for longer. Very comfortable bed and pillow (very important to me). service and restaurant excellent.

Great stay. Staff were lovely and very helpful. The room was huge! Complimentary continental breakfast is a lovely bonus, lots of choice and very plentiful. Would definitely stay again.

It was a very cosy room. Behind the door were steps, which made it feel like a little home. We were under the roof, so the ceiling was angled, with real beams. The room was small, but for one night that didn't matter at all. The bed was good.
