When staying at Double Tree By Hilton San Juan, my hubby and i had the best experience ever. I don’t know why anyone would ever disagree. The staff was friendly, the entire area was clean and COVID friendly, and there was even daily complimentary water and transportation to the beach which is within walking distance of the hotel. The hotel even offers beach towels, beach chair, and an umbrella! I had a blast!

I have stayed at this hotel before . First time was a better experience and I even found a roach the first time ; but this visit was the last time . The beach attendant was super rude and I’m surprised they let him be employed there . Walls are paper thin and you can hear hallway noises and house keeping vacuums and talking . Mentioned the rude attendant at check out and they didn’t ask for more information, they just said oh well . Never will I stay here again .

Loved loved loved this property. Staff was nice, facility was amazing, and the location was everything! 24 hr grocery store across the street, and the beach is a 5 minute walk. If u enjoy the night life, everything is within a 5-10 minute Uber ride. I would definitely stay here again!

It was conveniently located 5 minutes walk from the beach. There is a 24/7 grocery store immediately across the street. Fitness center, pool, gift shop, restaurant, bar on site. I did not like how the room service came so early to clean.

Bathroom could have been cleaner as there was hair and dust in the corners. Bed was comfortable. Joanne in Cafe Pierre deserves a mention from us for her efficiency and helpfulness - thank you!

We enjoy our family time at this hotel. The hotel staff was super friendly and respectful especially Christian he made our ride to the beach really fun!!!
On the other hand the staff at the beach isn’t the best. The person had a really bad attitude and was not happy to assist us with the umbrella and beach chairs.
